I speak only for myself (obviously) but I find the act of impregnation to be the hot bit - the pregnancy after is less important to me. So simply being advised that it's dangerous to cum in them, and then maybe a slight "oh fuck you knocked me up" conversation chain shortly there after would be enough for me (making getting them pregnant more difficult than simply cumming in them is actually a huge bonus to me - make me work for it!). I suppose some CG after the game is over showing them with a baby bump wouldn't hurt, but I don't even consider that necessary.

I guess you missed my kissing post so here it is again and its only 1 out of 4 or 5 that I have posted.
"Please bring in Kissing for each NPC, best place to put it is at the end of any sex scene.
