Maybe DS had something entirely different planed for the cams when he started writing the story. But he ended up succumbing to patron's pressure and ended up scraping this idea as he did with many others.

Wouldn't bringing the father in at this point have been too much of a slow burn? I mean, what would the plan have been? Only those who use Mods that adds content to the game so if you have a mod go to that mods thread and ask for help there.
If no mod then your game does not have all the files needed to play the game.
Please redownload the game and see if the new game works for you.
Never copy and paste new game over old or this will happen.
1st place poster.Honestly for content over the next several updates DS can do his Themes, but also do small expansions to other areas. Examples would be things like:

This could all be done as small additions to his larger themes over several updates and give us much wanted growth for the Non-Theme stories. It would also give content for side characters like Doctor (and maybe Coffee girl), while updating the to long ignored Kira.
Just some thoughts.

Patreons happened and screwed the plot, like half of the plot is abandoned over time. the first months there were hints of an actual story, but then it ended in this thing we got here - but hey, people seem to be happy about it

I checked and it's not missing a file, but it could be a corrupted file, so I'm redownloading it now.
Can someone help? I been playing this game for months. But all the sudden today whenever I launch the game, the screen is black and i tried restarting my computer. What do you guys think went wrong?
