I'm just going to skip this update and withdraw my patronage until there's a way to turn the tables back on Alice. I'm not really interested in submissive content.

Though I do like the chance to defeat characters who try to dominate me, so once that's an option all is forgiven.

Well, I have no problem with the new Alice.
It's not really "blackmail" since Max or Lisa could say no if one of them really meant it. Lisa is hugely into it for reasons she explains (she likes it, gives her an excuse to do it and brings her "closer" to Alice).
Heck, Alice even considers deleting the video from what she says to Max. If she hasn't done it already just in case and we don't know.

Sure, web-shows without paying the "actors" sounds a bit off... but Max was doing it already. And suddenly you hear Max thinking "ha-ha-ha! My own secret show increases every time we do that Alice!" and remember he didn't actually ask the rest of his models for permission. Except of course ... Aunt Kira.
I buy them clothes every week to be fair.

Frankly, it's Lisa the one that doesn't earn money but she's totally into it.

So the update was good, it could have been better, but we already know DS and how he adds little content per month, but it's not like most of us can really complain about that since we aren't his patreons.​

Frankly, after this update I did become his patron because it was IMO one of the most "developed" even if it was slightly smaller (although frankly I haven't seen all the content yet). Yes, the story had plot holes and big ones. It's a game, not a novel, I am OK with that. But this update IMO was the best story-wise.

I really liked Alice's games and Lisa's ideas on how to seduce Ann. I feel sorry for Alice's detoriating relationship with Kate though; after all we've been through to get them together, it seems Max is frankly stealing Alice from Kate. I like it story-wise, but I find it a bit sad.
Kate is even trying to broaden her horizons when it comes to Dom-sub and sex with Max. But Alice's games with Max, her "spider"-sessions with Max, and her games with Max-Lisa seem to be her main focus and poor Kate has dropped in significance whatever changes she tries to remain relevant to Alice.

PS. I think Ann got jealous not angry when she saw Max and Alice.

I just checked again and saw the following number. 2674 Patrons.

I think its safe to assume that alot of ppl had enough with this blue balling tactic about Ann. Establishing a new character instead of conclude a current storyline and now making Alice into a domination monster when it is clear as fuck that she has feelings for Max other then just being horny for him.

I can only hope Dark Silver starts to realize his mistake and starts to conclude the storylines he developed so far and not go off the rails again.

Those are the worst examples ever.

Dreams of Desire in particular is a dumpster fire which abuses an incredibly cheap plot device to deliver CGs (and rape). The "story" presented as an excuse is laughably bad from the very beginning and full of plot holes, which make it clear that the plot is just a very lazy excuse for CGs. Complete nonsense.
At least BB "tries" to tell a story about people with actual personalities, without resorting to a cheap plot device to explain raping girls while they sleep, the laziest kind of porn ever along with "mental manipulation". No decent dialogue needed when you abuse such a lazy plot device.

Dating my Daughter is milking on steroids, with very creepy models and personalities, it's basically taking advantage of your intellectually challenged daughter. Again BB wins here by simply having varied adult characters, which require more work than a dim witted daughter.

Please DoD abuses cheap plot device? How about BB using just cheap plot devices? Lisa being "intellectually challenged daughter" that needed SexEd and Aunt help and she went along, Mother being so dumb about 'tunnel syndrome"
Or all her blind faith in eric earlier even when you present evidence? DoD atleast uses magic/mind games that fit its own narrative, the CG quality and variation is much more, Your choices take different routes in the game.
Compare that to BB , there arent any choices. Most of the time whatever dialogue option you choose has no change. Their personalities are inconsistent from scene to scene update to update.
Have Alice get punished from her smokes,tell mum you will punish her later, Punish her in her room when she is by herself and its all good. Lisa kept the 'i want love, i want bf and i want to go out on dates' then you go out on dates and she abandons it. She isnt even your gf anymore, because suddenly her loyalty is toward Alice. Why? Because abuse of a cheap plot device 'Alice n me have never been close, now i have a chance i dont want to piss her off'

BB isnt consistent with itself its own characters and established background, there are other ways to put variety in Kate/Alice relationship or any pairing. These are just gimmicks to advance some of the incoherent story.

This is true. BB is a game, which has no real story to bind everything together, a story which would guide us through the game. Each opportunity is like a game of its own, most of the time having no ties with other opportunities.

Okay I don't what happened but this update is a pile of steaming horse shit, I've now spend hours trying to trigger the new events but they won't start no matter what. All previous versions worked fine but this one just flat out tells me to go fuck myself.

All opportunities had reached the end in my v0.10 save. 'Blog', 'Cunning Plan' and 'Arachnophobia' are now opened up again in v0.11 but there has been is no way to trigger the events to continue them.

All dialog options, sex scenes and options stay the same as they were at the end of v0.10, Lisa doesn't catch Alice/Max banging, Max/Ann don't get caught by Alice with the couch bj, nothing happens after Lisa/Max anal kitchen scene. I've given up to try.

I hope v0.12 fixes this mess, if not then I guess my save is fucked. And I can't really be bothered by starting all over again.

Does anyone else have experienced this problem with the event's not starting?
