While the scene is very nice I do expect some justification or build up to this because Ann explicitly said in 0.11 to Max and Alice that she didn't want Lisa to see anything that was happening in the house. So if she just starts blowing Max in front of Lisa for "educational" purposes it would be complete BS. Unfortunately this is a recurring problem in this game.
