I don't see your statement to be valid, nothing indicates lisa gf was the intended line. Nothing ever posted supports it. I also did not state he intended big brother to mean anything, i meerly pointed out the connection as others have suggested it.. As far as not seeing the use of cameras I Will explain it again. You see eric with alice, so you can go knock on the door, send lisa over, flag mom to go interrupt them. This allows you to effect his relationships
You could tape and blackmail eric, you do it with camera already. There could be blackmail of alice in the kate branch or smoking branch. Sneak into mom's room and grab wallet. The game does this for you with the ui, but making the cameras the focus, creates different values to camera choices and brings in a logical game mechanic to events. Finally if you can't see the value of spying on your enemy beyond blackmail and masturbation... not much point in continiing.

Nothing indicated it was what you suggest since not ONCE is this game has anyone had the ability to see any of these cameras you placed around the house...
This game was always meant to be an Incest game! Not BIG BROTHER Voyeurism...Unfortunately a bunch of Voyeuristic Cucks decided to pay that $40 and tried to change the point of the game.
And as soon as a way to get rid of Eric turned up they all complained that the game isn't fun anymore!
The biggest Arc with the MOST content that exists is the Lisa GF path...
There is no MOM GF path....No Alice GF path....Not even a Kira GF path!
There is only one person in this game you can have a steady regular sexual relationship with and that is the BIG BROTHER and LITTLE SISTER!
You can believe it is in reference to some show about Webcams but the web cams don't ever play into the plot of this game so any thought that they are what this game is about was just wishful thinking on your part.

I downloaded the 0.7.0.003 version (base game+crack). After extracted the game. Run BigBrother. I selected resolution, the game said I have encountered a problem and that I should contact the developers (which I didn't). Is anybody else encountering the same problem, or have any solution? Thanks you.

You have sex with alice first, kira and even olivia before DS even put in the lisa scenes. Perhaps he prioritized the sex based on importance? Unlike you i do not presume to know. However, based on polls and patreon posts... it would appear that the game was originally about your power struggle with Eric. However folks like myself complained that it should be about max and it was to eric-centro. Voyarism is also part of most incest games, name one that does not start with peeking?

I guess I was neither the first nor the only one who thought about it this way, maybe it was intended this way but as with everything things change over time, maybe Max was meant to be some kind of voyeur mastermind and the things were supposed to be seen through the cameras, but after some time (and maybe an update or two) it seemed to be better to experience things first hand and make progress this way. Maybe some more ideas like the Alice/Kate route or the Mom/Kira movie route popped up and things were easier and more enjoyable this way. It all comes down to when the cameras were introduced. If it was an earlier build this theory could very well be possible, but in the end it doesn't really matter, does it? You either love and enjoy the game or you hate and avoid it.
As for the Eric part I have to say I like it better with him gone, but it could've been a very different story if he was more like partner in crime than your opponent.

AGREE! Eric didn't have to be as bad as he was...Could have been a Male Version of Kira, Brought you in to train Lisa, If he had been a mentor to Max about how to dominate and control women to get what he wants there wouldn't be one complaint about him anywhere, Helped you in some way as opposed to just being a Cock Block or just a method for punishment avoidant when you got caught peeking.
The problem with Eric is what he didn't do more than what he did....there was Very Little reason to be his friend and no real content worth being his enemy. As soon as Eric was gone Max started actually getting some sexual relief.

@Lotex: When DS made this game his real intention was to put Eric as the main character and Max as voyeur, but the pressure was so great that He had to change everything, and for this reason so many things stay without explanation. And you're absolutely right when you said that who likes this game are playing , but I'll say more even those that don't like it, are looking to see what happens.

I knew somebody will find a case where the porn star started with only lesbian scenes, but this case is lesbian scenes + max. About what players want, nobody is denying their joy. But in BB you dont have many choices. My complaing is not having the choices. Maybe in a future DS will go back and add more choices who knows.
