Assuming you're not trying to run from the compressed file without uncompressing it first, you probably don't have a save folder in the game's directory. Of all the issues people have had with running this game, this is by far the rarest.

Solution;
Create a new folder in the same location as the game's .exe file.
Rename the new folder "Save". Capitol "S", and no "" marks.

That will allow the game to make autosaves and for you to make manual saves.

Honestly it feels incredibly stupid that they gave up the single most popular game on f95, with 18 discussions and almost 50k comments. Its like giving up a job as CEO to be a janitor. I bet they had a mass exodus of Patreon supporters because of that. They are risking a lot and if Glamour bombs than they are all just screwed

however, it is losing an average of 10-20 donors a day in the last days.

Graphics?
Pictures that were well rendered (couple of exceptions with the lighting in the images), and stock backgrounds.

being left high and dry on the Lisa storyline is just not fair.

When it comes to Lisa specifically, her "storyline" at first showed the most potential, but was (sadly for some) "butchered" half way through her content with a "romance-lite" story, not to mention the earlier abandoned Olivia GF path with Lisa being involved similar to what we (sort of) got with Alice & Lisa by the end.

People lamenting Lisa's "story" and its unfinished state really fall into two camps.
Firstly, those who wanted something like a "proper" romance with her, and were justifiably pissed when they didn't get what was promised.
The second group, are those who were just interested in popping her cherry.

Unfortunately for the Lisa fans, she was always going to be second place to Ann as far as desired content went, and in practice was joint third with Kira, only by virtue of having joint content with her and also with Alice.
