It's a modification for the game, and it's updated...
Facetiousness aside, it's basically a cheating tool for money and other things. There's a few different versions, as well as other mods that do different things, but I highly recommend leaving almost all of them (except the cheat mods, because fuck the grinding) until after you've played through the game in its original state first.

If you choose to use a mod to help you out, be aware that you can have some bad side effects. If you kick Eric out before you start to give Alice the sensual massage, you'll screw up later content. Same thing with maxing out your stats. Some game elements are triggered when stats reach a certain level. You can get a weird money bug where when you cheat money, it'll all disappear for a few days.
Soo...use at you own risk. Personally, the only thing I used the mod for was spiders. A boy can never have enough spiders around when one his sisters is scared shitless of them!

I will love to have a chat with the creators of this game About the Dialogue I mean his a great turn off abiut to "seduce" you have to blackmail or trade and more big wgeb the stupid big boyfriend comes in the info says a warning but the game suddenly transform into my family hates me and I want to seduce them to. Officially, it's because patreon don't support incest anymore. So if you're creating an incest game by using their platform, they'll ban you (or worse, i don't know, i didn't read patreon's policy).
He stopped working on BB to start a new project.
But like I said, he started to abandon this project before that. He prolly got bored. No one knows the real reason except Dark himself.
If he really wanted to work on BB, he would have been able to do it easily. He only had to remove incest content and could made a incest patch available on lewdpatch. Many game did that.
