Assuming you're not trying to run from the compressed file without uncompressing it first, you probably don't have a save folder in the game's directory. Of all the issues people have had with running this game, this is by far the rarest.
Solution;
Create a new folder in the same location as the game's .exe file.
Rename the new folder "Save". Capitol "S", and no "" marks.
That will allow the game to make autosaves and for you to make manual saves.

Honestly it feels incredibly stupid that they gave up the single most popular game on f95, with 18 discussions and almost 50k comments. Its like giving up a job as CEO to be a janitor. I bet they had a mass exodus of Patreon supporters because of that. They are risking a lot and if Glamour bombs than they are all just screwed

I think the donors' response has been quite decisive, and many have said so before leaving

I got stuck after the 2nd filming. It told me to watch the movie at 21:00 on Friday. But it never happen even I waited for a few weeks. What should I do?

Pictures that were well rendered (couple of exceptions with the lighting in the images), and stock backgrounds.
When it comes to Lisa specifically, her "storyline" at first showed the most potential, but was (sadly for some) "butchered" half way through her content with a "romance-lite" story, not to mention the earlier abandoned Olivia GF path with Lisa being involved similar to what we (sort of) got with Alice & Lisa by the end.
People lamenting Lisa's "story" and its unfinished state really fall into two camps.
Firstly, those who wanted something like a "proper" romance with her, and were justifiably pissed when they didn't get what was promised.
The second group, are those who were just interested in popping her cherry.
Unfortunately for the Lisa fans, she was always going to be second place to Ann as far as desired content went, and in practice was joint third with Kira, only by virtue of having joint content with her and also with Alice.

Barring DS's reluctance or inability to show vaginas, the renders are the best I've seen in any game so far. I've seen the same models come out cartoonish in other developer's hands. There were definitely some poorer-quality renders, as you mentioned. I think the most glaring example is during Lisa's homework progression, and there's a very marked drop in lighting and quality from the picture to the next one. There's games with more interesting interfaces, or with animation with varying degrees of realism, but I still prefer how Big Brother looks to any other game.
Lisa was the girl I was mostly interested in in the beginning. I probably fall more into the "pop her cherry" camp, although older brother/little sister is my preferred incestual pairing. Mother/son is probably my least favorite straight one, although damn if Ann didn't make it interesting, largely by virtue of not being the milf featured in many other games with huge ass, hips, and breasts.
I didn't really want a romance with Lisa, although that option would have been okay. But I didn't want the pseudo-romance or the entire buying her affections thing as the sole routes. I'd have loved a straight seduction where her resistance is slowly worn down by Max, combined with her own curiosity about sex.
