Spider quest is Alice's and Hot Coffee is part of Lisa's quests.
i have completed handcuff scene with lisa and i am doing anal scene with lisa in kitchen so far ... with alice i am helping her blog ... so did i missed the hot coffee scene... ? or it will come after completing which part...? ... and with ann mom after which task will she catch max and lisa doing anal in kitchen ... ?

No you have not missed it, it comes later in the game.
Ann never catch them at all and she never catches Max with any other girl out side of the porn movie they make.
Just keep working on all open quest and some that are done and just keep playing.

It will come up in a convo with her so it means you are either paying for private spankings or your not far enough in the game to get the convo.
Also it looks like you are using a mod and if so please go to the mod thread for help in the future.
Mods change a lot in the game and we only can help with the original vanilla game in this thread.

My way to that is I make some experimentation. I save before dinner and then make differing choices prior to the scene I want to appear. For example, I try one run where I help Lisa with dishes, and not punish Alice. If the scene won't appear, I make another different run where I anal fuck Lisa and/or punish Alice. If not successful, another run where I don't bother with Lisa... etc until the scene appears.
I think the game is designed like at the start of a day, sets of sequences of choices are already set up to come up with specific results. The random thing happens only when the day starts.
Frustrating? A lot!

well, as far as i remember i followed this:
First trigger is convo with mom at 23:00 in her room.
2nd talk to Kira at the pool.
3rd talk to kira at the pool several days later.
4th don't let mom cum. (After work)
5th don't let mom cum. (After work)
6th new convo with mom at 23:00 again.
Then after that, as indicated in the guide, i was supposed to lock out of mom's bedroom but it didn't happened to
me. I continued to didn't let her cum until i met her in her bedroom at 23:00 and finally had sex with her.
I hope this could help you to explain why i can't have mom in apron
