Yes there is and I spelled it out in post #2 under the spoiler " 2. Private Spanking. v8 build of the game. "
I would also say don't have very many days on the books for Ann to privately spank Max because they need to be 0 as one of the reason for Ann/mom to see Max as an adult.
Just remember this is a long way off from the beginning of the game.

So this is my 2nd Playthrough. I quit playing the game last time because it was so confusing to progress
I reached day 10 using
And since I hate grinding I cheated money balance with save editor.
On the 2nd private talk with Eric I chose the option "I hate you" so I started the war path with Eric.
I bought the dress, Cosmetics, Bathrobe and the swimsuit and gave it to girls before Eric could ( As I said I used money cheat )
Now which walkthrough should I use to continue ?
I want to have the minimum content loss.

There is no walkthrough for the full game because there are way to many ways to play to the end.
For most of the main quest option I have done up mini walkthroughs for them in post #2.
Remember that it took me well over 400 in game days to complete all the content in this game and that is knowing what I needed to do.
I never could figure out how to get to the right place in the blog quest to write up a mini walkthrough so that could slow you down just keep trying and if you see the green writing on the screen take that option it only shows up once so if you pass it by you will have a harder time getting to the end to join Alice.
To get all the content in this game for the family you must choose Lisa as Max's girlfriend.
Olivia is nice but all content for her and the game ended in v.10 and all the new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 is only on Lisa's paths.
Keep checking your quest log and work on all quest at the same time because triggers were put in all quest for all quest to move forward.

To choose Lisa and Max's girlfriend path I should talk to Lisa and choose the option that starts with something like " about Alex ..." Right ? Then what options should I choose ?

Its at the very bottom of that walkthrough you posted a link to.
Read all my post I posted on the 2nd post of this thread first before you move forward on the GF path.
I HAVE THE WALLET BUT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF HIM BECAUSE I DIDNOT FIND ANY OPTION "I want to give you "your" money "back" ANY ONE HELP ME

You use the wallet later you must first research him through your computer and talk to Kira.
Don't worry about given him the money when you have over 1000 in Max's pocket then anywhere from 1 week to 10 weeks they will come to you and ask for the money.
If you cheated money then it can be well over 1000 that they ask for but if you did not cheat money then just keep over 1000 in Max's pocket all the time and it will happen.

HEY STOP SHOUTING, when typing in all caps its called shouting.
You must be on 1 of Lisa's girlfriend paths for this to go forward, if on Olivia GF path then that is all you get.
If by the way you are on Lisa GF path then you must work on all open and some closed quest to move this forward.
I am in Lisa's girlfriend path. Kira told Max, Ann go to studio soon. But she never goes anywhere.
Tell me how to go further.

There is nothing else for you on the Olivia GF path all content ended in v.10 and all new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 is only on Lisa's girlfriends path including sex with Ann/mom.

Then you must work on all open quest at the same time triggers for Ann's content are in the other quests.
Thanks a lot for your answer. Do I have the opportunity at the moment to start a line with Lisa, or is it already impossible to change it? Trips to shops and gifts will not give anything, relations will not improve?
If you only need to replay the game, could you change the line from Olivia to Lisa in my save? In order not to replay the game again.

There is no going back but to restart the game.
There are to many triggers that need to go off while playing and there is no way to set all the 10's of 1000 triggers that is needed to be changed.
