Until mom catches you.
Mom's room will lock you out from time to time and is normal, keep checking on her and it will progress but you need mom to sit down and have the talk.

Mood plays a big role in this game and needs to be maxed out for some triggers to go off.
Check with Kira and mom and see if there is any new convo's with them.

Chedding some light or adding to the confusion. I don't know for sure.. lol
As promissed i would keep an hawkeye on the triggers for the Sex-ed part. I did and it confused me more then helped in a way. I provide the screens here as P01 and so on for Picture order i took them.

To start with Lisa sex-ed starts right after 4 movies is complete and Lisa has peeped on Max and Alice. Jsut after changing roles starts. This is before any of the sitdowns or going to the Doctor first time.
Lisa mention Sex-ed P01. Again at P02-P03. No visits to Eve at this point.
Ann says get some books and then agrees to let Max be the training dummy. P04
Lisa happy it went well. P05 Next talk P06
Talk to Ann 22:00pm in her room for next convo. P07
Lisa tell Max about the BF prank on Ann. P08
Ann agrees to Kiras job offer. Sitdown phase & Doctor still not complete. P09
Ann announced her new Job as well.
She starts new job next week going away every Monday and Thursday. But Max is locked out. You need to chat with Kira about the movies and get a disk from her to watsh in the lounge. I wasen't able to buy the massage lotion till after i saw the movie and Alice catsh Max doing so.

Lisa's mood must be high and if it is high you may have the homework bug.

There is nothing more you can do because you went the Olivia GF path at the beginning of the game.

All new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 are all for the Lisa GF path only.
