You have to peep to build your skills up and the very minor blackmail on Alice when you catch her smoking is needed for the money you need to get in the beginning of the game.
DarkSilver did not give us any other way to build stats that are needed for the rest of the game other than that.

About day 80 - 100 you should no longer need to use peeping and the very minor blackmail on Alice for money.

I bought the website book but I don't know how to read it.
I also bought the sunscreen but when I ask Alice if I can apply some to her she asks me if I have any and I don't have a choice and have to say no.

It also says I don't have any items in my inventory.
Is there a delay since it is bought online or what am I doing wrong?

You have to wait one day for the delivery. Items bought online will be send to you at 3:00 PM the next day.

There are 2 times that you talk to Ann about sleeping with Ann, 1 is part of the "I know what I want" convo and 1 when you just finish a movie and there are 2 options to chose from one being about the movie and one to talk about sleeping in her bed. All players who now have problems sleeping in her bed choose the convo about the movie and they no longer get the convo about sleeping in her bed bug.

Kira only helps with mom to get her to loosing up and that is all. Yes you can talk to Kira about it but if you got the bug then that convo never comes up anymore.

I found a fix for this specific bug, but it involves save file modification (using something like http www saveeditonline com, sorry can't post links yet). You need to set the variable moms to a value of 1 (should be zero). That enables you the enter the room at night in order to start this part. (You should probably also check that the momlust variable is > 47 (Important: momlust is a quest marker, not a lust count, so don't mess with it.)

Go talk to her at either 22:00 or 23:00 and there should be a new convo with her.

Thank you for the guide. In my case, I didn't have enough spank points for Lisa which should be "3" and didn't have the bug.

To add steps in a1fox3's suggestion for enabling the homework HJ dialogue:

"I'll do everything perfectly if you'll do something for me..."

- Have Lisa spanked by mom 3 times (4 to be really sure?) by botching her homework/making mistakes

- She must be wearing the "Silk bathrobe"

- Make sure her mood and Max authority is high enough to do it

- then after doing all of these and the dialogue still doesn't appear, apply the Homework bug fix/mod.
