You can lock yourself out of her room for several weeks if you choose the wrong thing to do.
Look at the quest log and see if it says anything then go and talk to everyone for several days then try again.

The only open quest is New Job. Everything else says "Attention, you've reached the end of this opportunity..."

I think the last ones were Changing Roles and Cunning Plan, but those are now closed too. I think I'm reaching the end. I guess this is the last quest I can take before fucking Mom? Shame if that's the case, I was hoping Mom would get spanked as well as Alice hinted.

Well, I'll keep their moods high and talk to everyone, hopefully that triggers it.

Finally managed to fuck Mom! Gonna play on now to trigger every other sex scene with her and that should be done for the game. Though I've found an interesting mod here, so hopefully I can play on

1- eve has to tell me to come to the clinic with my girlfriend
But after going to the clinic and masturbating many times, nothing happens....
2-Aunt kira told me that ann(mother) was going to be in other movies
And return home tired and unsatisfied......But after a few weeks, nothing happens so my new job task is incomplete
3-It is said in the comments that mom has to catch me playing with lisa so th sex ed start and also lisa catch me when i have sex with alice............so nothing happens
4-and i sleep with mom but i cant do anything...look

You need to keep both Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over both maxed out at all times.
Go around and talk to every girl when there alone all day long everyday and it should move along the quests.

You don't get to do anything with mom when you sleep in her bed and if your hoping to have sex with her and sleep in her bed at the same time forget it, that is unless the mod you are playing with allows it later in the game.

Normally I would not answer any questions for players who mod this game but since that mod adds to the "Base Vanilla Game" and the questions are for the base game I went ahead and answered you.

She watches TV 2 times a week at 3am, not for sure what days it is but I think it is Wednesday night/Thursday morning at 3am and Saturday night/Sunday morning 3am.

No you can not change, all 3 routes are standalone.
Olivia GF content ended in v.10 and all content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 are all for Lisa GF routes.
