Then you must unpack the game first then run it 1 time and it will make the folder for you just like all other RenPY games.

These games can be played from the rar but it will never create any new folder that it needs to so you must first unpack the game and then play.

yeah i know. ive had a few renpy games and i know how its supposed to work but for some reason its not working for this particular game. really odd

its in folder "game" that is inside folder "BigCitysPleasures-0.2.3b-pc".
When you are in game and you press to save, could you load again from the save which you just created?

There is second save location in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

Take ownership of the complete game folder and have it do both read and write for all folders and files inside, are you using windows 10?
