Take a look at the changelog.
Hint: There is ONE scene with Kenzy, the sex shop owner. Nothing is mentioned about Lluvia.
Not so odd, since he has chosen to use 3DS Max instead of a more usable tool. It's super for stills but not for animations.
If i was him I would convert the models to Daz and use that. Or simply do the animations in 3d since the 3D is already used in the game.

It has been several months already. The dev's GPU (at first) burned out and then he decided to animate everything... and then he decided to make other games ... and then he decided to make concept games of other things.... and then he said he is trying.
The game overall , is good but I hate the fact that the dev is now all over the place instead of sticking with something that everyone liked.
At this point , people who enjoyed and supported the game are starting to hate the way the dev treats it.

oh right scammer method That his GPU burned out should be fixable if he has the game on Patreon and making around USD 2000 a month. The income from Patreon is meant for development primarily. Hell, I could buy a new computer with a RTX 3060 for one month's patreon income.
So I think it's just a bad excuse. One important thing to consider is, yeah, the renders are crisp and great, but daz can do the same and posing+animation is a lot easier than in 3DS Max which is, honestly, a tool for top professionals and not something regular indie devs buy which makes me think that it's likely a pirate copy. 3DS Max costs more than $1500 in yearly subscription and honestly, Daz can be downloaded freely (legally). Even Blender can do what 3DS max does, but again, more vertical than Daz.
I get that the developer is all over. A classical ADHD challenge. So either that's it (more interest in other stuff makes you neglect the more important stuff). But he should really get his act together. His other projects aren't nearly as interesting as this one, plus, his "Small Complex" game has no direction (much like this game at this moment). Also, if the dev is based in the US or EU, he can be pretty sure to suddenly get a visit from authorities, since the Little Complex game features a BOY clearly a lot younger than 18, which is the minimum age for characters in any kind of porn production, including 3d or drawn artwork.
I can try. It was the cheat maker built into Cheat Engine. A buddy of mine tells me the cheat doesn't work for him.
You can't. This is not a ren'pooh game and the dev didn't get to those things. And I fear a little bit that the game is abandoned.
It's not scam, since he develops the game himself and uses no pirated images... but it is clearly a case of "milking the Patreon income" as, as I mentioned just above, the man makes almost USD 2000 a month at this point and four months ago, he made less than now (around USD 1200).Started with monthly updates
