Just to confirm - you still can't progress the mom (Sofia) when you get the text about Greg and the evening.
I think I'm stuck after the college decision, I told charlotte to hide the news and she is maxed out as far as I can do anything right now with the paying her $100, photos and cam show. Seems like I can't progress any further as a went through like 3 weeks of nothing happening and the Hang quest says I need to progress with Stella first but that isn't seeming to unlock because of Charlotte.
Can't progress with hang because i need to speak to rupert to address the elephant in room. Any way to move past that?
mines still broken even after using the version 0.6.5.2, June had been fixed but Sofia is broken
If it helps the Journal page for Sofa is showing as empty under events (this is after sleeping with her after the bar event)

Alright, I managed to get something to happen after fucking Rosa in the bar by using the money cheat to get construction on the new building going and then wait a few weeks until it's completed. It's simple but imo this is bad design. The grind for even just the 70k to buy the building was bad enough, having to grind another 25k on top of that with the $650 mortage payments AND $1000 fine is just needlessly punishing. Sure, you can get $300 per day with consulting and another $400 from Stella's stripping but that's just stupidly tedious. The funny thing is Stella and Charlotte will be rich enough to buy the building themselves by the time you get that kind of money.

I threw together a quick mod that should significantly reduce the money grind, if anyone's interested. Working title: Art of the Deal Edition
- Consulting rate raised from $300 to $600
- BLC group session ticket prices raised from $20 to $25
- BLC one-on-one session rate raised from $150 to $200
- Agent cut for Stella's stripping raised from 20% to 80%
- Agent cut for Charlotte's social media raised from 20% to 80%
- Agent cut for Charlotte's porn raised from 20% to 80%
- Agent cut for Charlotte's modelling gigs raised from 10% to 40%

There's a bug with the start of Mom's bimbo coaching, the point where you're supposed to talk to her on Saturday afternoon.

Just use the Twinehacker extension. Edit your cash variable, set Fitness and Fame to the cap at 50 then click the checkbox to lock it there and stop decay.
