I see that they gave you the same unfair and absolutely unclear rejection answer which they have already given to other. I know that they are pretty uncompromising (and quite arbitrary and subjective) about this kind of things, however, some devs have managed to get their games published despite the first hard rejection by changing the "offending" part of the game (taking a total guess as to why) and then resubmitting the whole game with a modified title.
For instance, Lucie Adult Game by SecretGame became Lucie Adult Game HD and then was released on Steam, Summer with Mia Season 2 by Inceton had been approved as Returning to Mia and will be released sometime in the future, even Astaros3D tried to retify Girl House as Lust & Life, but his work on the little girl seemed to be not enough and was rejected again, which is absurd, by the way
Anyway, I think that you could eventually try to ask to some of those people in order to know better how they managed their situation, maybe they can give you some useful advices on the matter.
