The gameplay in this game is completely fine as is, they just need to fix some messy animations and poses then they can focus on adding more lewd content and actually finish something for a change. Some existing animations still have the penis clip through Jill and she still breaks her shoulders when wielding guns. There's something about Unreal engine hentai games that leads developers to being incredibly unfocused and messy.

Three zombie variants (four if you blow a zombies leg off), zombie dogs, and one map has tentacles. Most of those have multiple animations too. It isn't a tiny amount of content but compared to the 5 years of development it isn't enough either.

Their blog says they are holding off on adding new sex stuff until the game is near completion. They are focusing on adding gameplay mechanics.

If I remembered it right, it was supposed to be a parasite pregnancy planned somewhere in the early roadmap, before the game got remade form scratches, again, the third time.
