I would say pretty tame. Sure she is cheating, but the prince only actively participates in 2-3 scenes and doesn't recognise her at any point.

Not getting the connection of the Princess to the description, but not unusual for a Japanese game.
Corruption and costumes looks good though.

The prince is basically your run of the mill NTR protagonist, can't satisfy the princess, can't stay hard, can't impregnate her, so she has to get that kid somewhere else in order to become queen.
