You were bitten. Waiting your inevitable transformation into a zombie you barricaded yourself in the apartment you were living the past 2 weeks. You came to this small town in hops for a rarer density of zombies and maybe more supplies here and there. 2 weeks you secured the 3 and upper 2 floors of this 5 floor building. No way to get to you. In some cases, if, you could go a floor or two up, having the prepared to be blocked and barricaded, just in case. And you always have access to the roof and emergency exits. And here you are, sitting in the room, bitten, just when you finished your work of securing yourself some space.
The pistol is in your hand.
You have 40 to less minutes left.
Should you put yourself out of the coming misery, or just leave it happen?
You fell asleep.

Guys I'm in need of some help. I have upgraded the settlement to max, done all akane conversations until the old farmhouse, killed some raiders and have for months o ingame time scavenged. What i'm i doing wrong, is it a bug or do I have to wait sometime before I can continue with my progression or am I stupid?

Nah, we can both take a joke, and Bite Me thought it was pretty funny too. We both figure that if the name bug is the worst people are complaining about, and doing it in good humor, then we're off to a solid start with the project.
Should be safe. As far as I know you're the only person who has reported an issue downloading it.
A1 didn't have all the framework in place for infection and death yes. A2 will kill you, along with a set of progression scenes related to Infection so you can see yourself becoming sicker.
This is a very early build of the game, we've actually got a long list of new zombie that we intend to introduce over time. The goal being to increase the difficulty of the game over time so that the game becomes more dangerous as you, and your settlement, progress.
I don't like giving time frames for when something will be done with a project because you never know when something is going to hang up work in a certain area or a priority will shift that requires something else to be done first.
That said, considering we're planning to pirate the pregnancy code from my project Inheritance for this, so it's unlikely to have any significant code issues, and the fact that pregnancy progression is the number three item on my list at present, it is very likely that A3 will include at least some early pregnancy related scenes. I actually hope to do two small scenes per trimester for progression and a birth scene for A3, with the intent to flesh it out more in the build that follows. (Keep in mind, this isn't a promise it will make it for that build, just that it's currently on my list and that lacking any unexpected chaos I plan to be working on that kind of content for the next build.)
Very likely you have reached the end of Akane's content at present. A1 had five scenes for her. A2 adds a sixth scene for her and some supporting content for the character (Had hoped to write a couple more sex scenes for her, but the death and infection content was higher priority at the time and didn't quite get to it.)
A1 has one sex scene. A2 adds a second. You can expect a couple more in A3 as that's the top item on my to-do list at present for the project.
There is not currently any naughty art in the game, but the next time we commission art for the game we intend to commission at least one piece of lewd art.
Early in development, we talked a lot about how we wanted to focus our time, and we decided that we'd each choose one character and keep our attention on that character until their main story arc, and supporting content, was complete. My character is Akane, and her intro story is complete, but I still need to write some extra sex scenes for her, combat content, and pregnancy content for the character. Once I get that far, then I have a short list of characters I plan to offer to supporters in a poll, and then move to whoever people most want to see next. BiteMe has been more focused on the code side of the project so far, and has only written two scenes for a second character Katy at this time. They put together a cheat menu as well as a gallery mode this last build as well as a lot of back end stuff with the code. As the game's framework is completed, you can expect a lot more content from that front as well.
Short version: Two NPCs in the game so far. One with a full story arc, the other with early content. Expect the first to be fleshed out in the next build, and the other to have some new content to continue their story.

Intriguing. Been a while since I've played any HTML game that wasn't a sex romp but still piqued my interest.

Well said. As long as people keep it clean and avoid being toxic, I'm fine with anything.
I didn't play to be honest, I wanted to wait for some more updates and fixes before I start checking it. I'm looking forward for the next update, I may DM you if you're ok with that. Got some ideas for content.

Lewd stats are in fact being tracked in the current build, a display has since been added for them as has a stat page for NPCs.
Glad you seem to like the concept.
We have been working pretty continuously on the project. (Although GateKeeper has his own main project, which is Inheritance and can't devote as much time to it as I currently do.) As GateKeeper has said, we are currently working on things such as implementing a female player start and refining things and adding features such as a hint menu. (In case the next steps in story progression aren't always clear.) The project is in its early stages, but we are excited to continue to improve and craft more content for it (I have a whole first storyline more or less planned out for the npc I am writing for (Katy) and it will probably be a couple builds till what I have planned thus far fully makes it into the game at the very least.)
TLDR; The game is ever expanding, and we will continue to expand it further and flesh it out on a by build basis.
If you'd like to interact with the team more closely, you can always join the discord (link in the first post of this thread) we are generally always reading and trying to respond to everything posted there, and we try to provide relevant updates when we think it will be beneficial in order to keep the community informed on progress.
As for the name bug that is being talked about, I will see if I can get a fix implemented into the version currently posted here.
Not sure why the screenshots are so small, once I have gotten ownership of the thread (I requested yesterday.), I will see about making them bigger so they are easier to see.

A few suggestions:
You should not have to carry hammers, nails, wood, and 12 types of seeds in your inventory.
Maybe those items can be used to build a storage so I dont have to carry all that crap. (and scroll through it every time I open inventory)
Add tooltips or notes so I know how long each crop takes to grow. Trial and error sucks.
For that matter, add an icon when the crops are ready. A small icon next to the "farm" button would do.
More information is needed EVERYWHERE. If we arent going 100% sex simulator, tell us what else we need to focus on.
Why am I scavenging when I can just stay home and farm?
There are various weapons, but no (significant) difference in stats. Except the axe...
Let me actually find other places from the 3 mains...
Like a seed store in farm area specializing in seeds.
Or a sporting goods store in amusement park (for weapons)
Tattoo parlor (for leather jackets)
Ability to (somewhat) reliably find exactly what I need.
Ability to locate the other starting areas in case I want to change home bases (or upgrade all 3)
Better than starting brand new from the beginning.
