I wonder if we'll get pregnant versions of goblins or whatever running around, with scene and dialogue alterations to match as well of course. Currently all we have is the statement that we got them preggers but we never actually see things like an advancing pregnancy(except for unique npcs as I know they already have something like this, at least as for the goblin chief as far as I'm aware) or character's scenes altered to express them lactating. Honestly I wouldn't mind birth scenes either.

I assume only the heroines will get proper preggo scenes. I also think the heroines children might play some bigger role in the story while the ones with common NPCs are just soldiers or peasants.

What event are you talking about? I've finished her whole quest line (as far as I know) and fucked her several times, and she still says she's not interested

Around the First time you have sex with her you can tell her that you want her to be yours ONLY or let her roam free.
If you chose the later ignore her for a few nights and she should be visiting the Brothel on occassions

While there is no special art for it, there is a scene like that which can happen in the Brothel where you fuck a pregnant Goblin girl, you have to enable it as a possibility in the sign up sheet though as it is turned off by default.
I don't think I'll be able to draw something like that, it's a bit much for me! So it's unlikely to happen.
You don't, she wont sleep around, she is only interested in the Player Character. She was a virgin this whole time because she wasn't really interested in the idea of sleeping around from the beginning so she would only fuck someone she has a deep relationship with. Theoretically there could be a corruption path for her in the future to turn her into a slut, but I haven't made up my mind on it and want to focus on new heroines for now.
