The closest geographic mountain does have a more eastern like settlement so I might go that route!
It ranges between 2 weeks to a month. I usually try to add some new content to the public version that wasn't present in the Patreon version to have a reason for Patrons to download the newer version outside of just fixing the bugs. This time I decided to add a sex scene with a new monster girl so it's taking longer than the usual 2 weeks.

What's the diffrent between dragon girl and dragonewt?
Both have wings, tails, claws and reversal scale that acts as basically G-Spot on their body that makes them all mushy but at the price that your survival chances just dropped to the basement.
Dragonewt despite looking like a dragon, much like some lizards, has a detachable tail that you can basically yank off of them if you pull on it hard enough. They are - unlike dragons - incapable of flight because their chest muscles isn't developed for that but they can glide.
Did you know that Zombie girls are capable of regenerating? With enough, ekhm, 'life essence' they capable of regenerating damage body tissue and even kick starting their womb... That's kinda weird.
Hobgoblins - the bigger ( tits size included ) and far stronger - are capable of taking down a fully grown man in a single hit or tackle but are so much dumber that if you start talking big words she'll basically get brain overheating and stop attacking you.
The only way lizard(wo)men pick their lover is by combat. They train their entire life so if a man wins she just gives herself up to the winner and she will keep on egging the dude until he gives in. Their cousin Salamander if denied for long enough will turn completely violent and set on fire, bend on getting the dude using the newfound power up... being horny.
If you manage to answer Sphinx's riddles the curse will twist on her, leaving her completely defenceless. Much like Anubis that if you'll manage to surprise won't know what to do.
There's a certain breed of spider girl that don't have a spider body. They will trap - or just approach - a dude and... insult him. When he gets angry she uses it to fuck him and... He twists and turns into a giant spider. You know how arachne look. They look the same afterwards, but no worries dude is capable of turning back.

How citation of Monster Girl Ecyclopedia articles relates to this game?And what is dragonewts? Never heard of them before. Unofficial, community created original race?

I must admit I feel kind of stupid now since I've heard of that one... I just didn't realise it had a separate setting from MGE, I assumed they were written in the same one or at least some sort of crossover.
I haven't followed MGE for a few years, was that new?
Also, to me at least, Dragons should have some sort of breath attack. And not all Dragons would have wings in my opinion, like eastern Dragons or Earth dragons probably don't.

Nope, there isn't any in MGE.
I found out that it's a lizardman subrase from Monster Musume.
Some, don't have breath attack at all. And some western ones, like wyrms, have no wings nor legs.

In the End you should be the one to decide the nature of your Dragon Race.
Personally I always prefered the Western Form of dragons with wings as flying fortresses raining down fire and destruction, but personality wise the Eastern Dragons were always more impressive as they were no mere natural disasters but even deities to be worshiped.
Given the rarerity of the Dragon race in all those lores though I think haveing a single Love Interest to be a better approach as a mountain full have beastlike dragons

I've released the Public version of 0.1.7 now. Unfortunately I did not add the extra sex scene in as I only just finished drawing it. I think it will take about 2 weeks to implement it with writing and scripting to function properly, so I'm just going to make the 0.1.7 version public now and add the scene in with a small update in about 2 weeks instead. It will also give me a good chance to remove the Winter Update content.
If you had the Patreon version, it's also worth updating because the Mimic Sex Scene was bugged and only spawned one of the six available scenes till now. I also fixed a few other serious bugs, like the Vanilla Trait getting you stuck in terrain during character creation.

What's that about removing the winter update content? Does this game have seasonal events or something?

It has one. During winter months I usually add a small winter event where you can build snowmen with Goblin kids and animate one of the snowmen to be your henchman. There are also a bunch of seasonal recipes that can be unlocked for food, potions, gear and furniture.
I screwed it up this year cause there was a bug that prevented winter presents from spawning instead of chests so I kept the update in for now with the bug fixed.
EDIT:
Also, I had to reupload the game files again this morning because there was a bug. Mining actions required twice the VP, this bug is now fixed and it should only take around 10 VP now!
