Man, the adult content here feels very tacked on. You can tell this was intended as a regular JRPG but the dev thought it wouldn't sell that way.

For me, the art style clearly doesnt fit for porn
It's a very good art style, not badby any means, and based on other art i've seen, wish it leaned in more to the horror aspect

As for the porn itself, it doesnt feel 'tacked on' but more so it isnt a porn game, it has that option, but it stops being a goal fairly early on

Finally finished the game. At first I thought it was just a game about grim or rather corrupted fairy tales, but there seems to be a conspiracy going on here?

I have it, played it for a bit, then did the thing where i dont play it for months, will likely have to restart for the sake of remembering things
But i dont particularly remember a lore detail like that

It is mainly only shown in the endings (B & G). It comes more as a horrid realization rather than as a simple note.

But even then, Black Souls was never a gooner-type game. More like a book you think back to and go "oh, wait a minute, I'm drawing a connection between events here."

i dont. which is why i asked. my arrow keys are fked so i was hoping i could find some other alternatives at controls in these types of games.

Someone could probably give you an easier way with F1 in-game but idk how that works so:
-Get the Decrypter in the rar attached to this reply (F95 says it's a virus, idk if I'm breaking some rule here? But it's not)
-File > Open File > Navigate to your BS folder and select "Game"
-After it finishes loading the stuff on the previously empty box go to Tools > Extract All Files
-It will create a folder called Extract, open it and there should be a Data and Graphics folders, copy at least the Data to the BS folder
-Copy what is inside the Scripts rar to the Data folder
-Rename "Game" just to be sure there won't be conflicts (or delete it)

The movement will now be WASD but if in the future you manage to get your arrow keys back they'll be usable too.

Edit: I just wanted to specify that the "Game" I'm talking about is the .rgsss3a file, not the .exe or the .ini

You can use a key remapping program like AutoHotKey or SharpKeys. They work for all cases, including RPG maker games or any other game which does not allow modifying controls or if your keyboard has dysfunctional keys.

Oh yeah, I killed him too lol. I kinda went on a killing spree while hunting for fairy tale books, since I didn't know where to find a few missing books and thought one of the NPCs might secretly have one.

when you will play blacksouls 2 i recommend to install cheat engine and to raise speed 2 or 3 times

they work on the same engine so probably yes

for those who are still looking for a WASD layout control setup, download the app AutoHotkey, and download this file.

extract and put the file in your main BS or BS2 directory then simply run it. after that you're good to go.

need help, I haven't met Izu once. I looked up where to find him in the fort and he wasn't there. I'm pretty sure I unlocked all the fog as well, I am just before meeting up with cinderella. think I'll just restart when I'm done with this run and try again
