Going back to 2022. The last overall statement was that DRH will start before BS2 leading into it.
Nothing new since then. Its unknown if this will still be the case or dev changed their mind.
Not really sure what gives you the impression Red Hood is younger. Toros artstyle just evolved over the years. In fact in some blogpost artwork Red seems taller. To be honest i am not sure if Red could even grow in the first place.

It has. Though the mod itself was either unfinished or left hanging on purpose by the developers.

Words of warning, the second field map is extremely laggy. The mod also causes occasional crash even outside its maps. The difficulty scales around DLC3, so better come prepared.

I have recently bought BS2 in dlsite, and I'm too used on the pre-patch music, asking if I can just paste the pre patch audio and it'll take over or i have to cherry pick it.
about the story, The real Alice (the Alice before TCO took her role, the Alice who had a relationship with Lewis when she was a little girl) wasn't present/involved in the BS 1 and 2 stories?
She appears briefly in G end and there is the memories of Alice but that's it.
As mentioned Lewis & Alice during G end in white space have a special interaction before both move on to nirvana, afterlife or whatever path they take. So for that short time during Gs final mile they are together happy.
