No it's not the same thing as someone else buying a hotub and not being able to use it. That's just stupid perhaps you are unaware but they make several of each model hottub. The point was many asked for commissions before and he refused said it wasn't worth it. He knows many collect and nd pay for his work and now he makes products they can't get. So yes it's a slap in the face to the ones who made him. After all what is an artist without an audience?

You're right, it's not the same thing, It's like someone buying a personalised hot tub to suite their needs and not allowing you to use it.

You do make a good point about an audience though, but getting annoyed that the commissioner isn't making public the work they paid for, the work they paid to get made for them, is just childish. I mean, to say it's a slap in the face because a lot of people bought his packs but because he's made a few personal pieces to people pay him a bit more, all of a sudden he's an asshole? You know you can commission him yourself, right? I've commissioned a few artists for some pieces for my own collection, no one kicked up a fuss when I paid Incase for some artwork, or Demimond23, stop thinking you're so entitled to every piece he makes.

what is an artist without an audience? Still an artist, still making art, doesn't make a difference.

I think it's a shame that blackadder's work is hacked instantly when he draws sets, he has every right to make commissions, even more aware of the loss of money that someone is supposed to buy his work and then pass it on to someone Moreover, the man strives to do his job and satisfy his followers, but some of them simply go brazen.

Who said anything about being angry at the commissioner? A custom hotub is a modified preexisting model made to fit......forget it. This is stupid.
