It's will be somewhere in the extracted data/graphics folder along with all the other pictures in the game.

is there a game that's exactly like this about alice? i could be wrong but i remember playing another game and finding blood price through it. i looked through other wasabi entertainment games but couldn't find the one i'm thinking of
