When you start 5a it tells you old saves do not work...

To be fair, the first two times I fired up 0.5a the message flashed for a fraction of a second. Only on the 3rd time did it stay up for about 2 seconds where I could read--in the finest Engrish--"Old Saving Don't Work". Three strikes before even making to the menu. If the dev's goal was to lower expectations for this release, he succeeded.

What the hell is bothering DEV, every hell of a time this game gets an update, then ANY OLD SAVE FILE WILL NOT WORK. Do you think that everyone can always start from the beginning of all the shit. Nerves are spared if you don’t download the whole game. Even if it's like good graphics, but you can't always start over. I say damn bad coding.
