The dev of the game seems to have money issues because of few people donating. It's $5 a month for those interested in helping and the new release is really good. I'd give the links but this is not another $10k/month game and rather see more updates in the future.

-Added scene with Elena and Mom at the end of day 3
-On day 4 Alexander can get his potion from the Witch
-After drinking the potion there are scenes available with Witch, Alori, Aszhara, Orc's wife + a few ladies at the Draenei family estate.
-No "To be continued..." screen
-Use N to toggle speedhack on/off.

I believe it's "she" and the thing about the Patreon is that Blizzard will take it down really quick, since almost every asset Whorecraft uses, even though it's altered, comes straight from WoW.
