Overall, I like the concept of the extreme / brutal size difference porn game. Nevertheless, the “playbility“ is still on low level. It´s definitely better than your previous Barn Secrects (ver. 09), also the animations are more fluent, but there is still much space for improvement.
(I´m speaking of Blue Ribbon version 0.2).
To concrete bugs:
The game isn´t much intuitive nor entertaining. There are 4 meters you have to closely watch instead of enjoying playing or the animations. Why? Meters “resistence” and “excitement” are more or less useless and shall be deleted (or can stay, but only as informative ones, not as conditional for certain animations). This is a fun porn game, not a game about controlling a nuclear reactor
you should also take into account what kind of players will it play; definatelly not some pro gamers. It is not clear, what the “resistance” meter mean.
Two main meters – the girl´s health and the cow´s climax are misbalanced. Too little health, too much necessary points to reach climax. This leads to “sad endings” in 90 % if you are nor patient. I suggest to enable the player to make the game settings, e.g. climax within 1000 – 5000 range, the same the girl´s health, which would give us a higher control over the game prior we play it.
When I click on most skills (S2 and higher), a number appears on the particular skill icon and counts down. What does it mean? At first I thought it was an animation and the number shows its duration. This would be fine. But the time doesn´t fit the lengths of the animations, they are always shorter, sometimes much shorter. I can also click on several skills and can see, let´s say, 2-3 countdowns. Does it mean that 2-3 animations are running simultanously?
The thing, which is the most annoying for me, is the “hunt for climax”. I click on some skill and imediatelly get, let´s say, 100 climax points. OK. But then, within the animation, the climax is slowly, but steadily drops and if I don´t watch it closely and act, it ends at zero – so, instead of enjoying the animation, you have to watch the damn meters again and again, as I already wrote above. Maybe it is the problem that the displayed counting down number is misleading, as I write above, and is finished also the number still counts down.
Pause button should be very good, as somebody have already mentioned here. If you go idle, as you suggest, the climax drops to zero and you have start again.
Replay function of the last animation would be nice.
I know you have already published v.03, so maybe some bugs were solved, but I haven´t played it since I´m not your patreon.

Thank for your review. You got many right points and most of the gameplay issues handled at 0.3 version. As those alpha versions are mostly technical tests, the real balancing will be at later versions.
The numbers are cooldown and you can choose next skill when the exact skill is playing so you don't need to wait the end of the animation. It's same as Barn Secrets.

The numbers that appear on the abilities are their respective cooldown, it prevents using most abilities in a row.
And last, if you want to see the scenes, you can plan ahead. You can use two abilities in a row by clicking on them soon after using the one you want. It should give you plenty of time (or not, it depends on the animation) to enjoy and to think about what you want to see next

I'm not against it's use I know that not all people have extra cash that they can just throw at something they like but what I was talking about the spam I was referring on how Rtods was talking about rule of sharing an external website on another site which I do not remember being against rules but what is against rules is spamming game thread asking for new version to be uploaded
