Some bugs:

• Shoplifters caught is stuck on max 30. When you should get 31, it gets you to 29 instead, then again 30 and back to 29 in an endless loop.
• Hint for Lucy saying that I should give her the slutty dress and that she is in the sitting room Monday or Wednesday evening. She is not there those days/times.

I don't think that is a bug, I expect 30 is just the trigger for enter the next stage of the Security Job unlocking the office, which hasn't been done yet.

Get her domination to 25 or more then give her $50 to get wasted and the scene will trigger...

I got her domination to 24 but after that it doesn't matter what I do, it doesn't go up... Also can't figure out how to unlock any scenes with Jenny and the final scenes with the mom and Lucy.

Oh, and getting the phone from Mike doesn't do anything to advance the story either.

The dress thing can be fixed by using a old version (pre 15.30) you probably can't find anywhere. Do the event and it works save load a new version to continue.

I never got higher than 25 so props bro.

How did you manage to get the phone from him?
My hint message says that I should go to his house in the evening, but nothing happens. I have no option to enter the house. I have tried all evenings of the week too.
The hint system seems a little fucked up, tbh.

Maybe need to up your stealth? Or maybe you're not there in the evening. Head to his house in the afternoon and it should be evening when you get there.
