...
2-yes, the dev has to be obliged to deliver the project on X date!!! where have you ever seen something built, and never have a deadline?
I agree that Patreon should have some facility to help guarantee some kind of progress, I think the worse I saw were SimBro, I think they did 5 or 6 years without making any content or any attempts at communicate, all the while getting around 3-5k per month (I think it peaked at 15k per month at one point) IIRC.
But fixed dates is a bad idea, no project that I'm aware of ever came in on time & budget and that includes Building Projects, AAA Games, Movies, Books.... I'm sure some managed but they are so rare it makes locked deadlines unreasonable. Particularly for self taught "amateurs" who never learned good practice and have limited resources
I think many Devs start with good intentions, but get stuck at various points in the project, then as time goes on and people get saltier and saltier they lose the will to continue, Having someone act as editor would mean all the difference to most of them, someone to mentor them through the tough points and kick their asses when they start getting lazy.

And where do YOU think people find games to support?
Do you think they google "porn game" and go to a random Patreon and start supporting?
That's a really limited point of view. This is a place you can make an informed decision on which Dev to support.
Good Devs can make money from this site, Bad ones not so much. Either way free is free

As it stands I'd so tempted to give money to ZipTie purely because of the last few pages, maybe with a request that he delay the update a little more.

Can someone suggest games with similar setting
Not other versions of Bad Bobby Saga(played all of them)
Games where boy takes control of the sisters and mother
and slight bad ending scenes

Did you misquote me or something?

I disagreed to this:

I asked where this jan fellow thought people found games to support other then sites like this.

His internet is probably working just fine, who in his right mind would bring a porn game to work to upload it?
If I worked in a supermarked I'd might bring my laptop to upload something.
Working anything IT related the last thing I would do is to bring a porn game to upload.
There are usually tracking / security measures recording such events if the company handles any important data.
Now this is interesting. Can't be a corpo since they are usually pretty tight about these things as you say.

I quoted you exactly (that's what the reply function does), jan^s said "Devs do not make money here" and that is true... they do get exposure (which can lead to money), but exposure is a long way off from making money unless they earned it. And it is light years away from the bulk of the members here claiming entitlement for any of that success,
This might be a Pirate Site, but the bulk of the people here aren't pirates, they are beggars who will never contribute anything for what they consume and have absolutely no business looking gift horses in the mouth.

(Supporters/Crackers/Compressors etc aren't included in that statement for obvious reasons).

You’re both right. Why are you arguing??

His laptop was hit by an asteroid. ...things happen. We have to wait annother year.
We know from very reliable sources that his dog swallowed the memory stick with the newer version, after which it was caught (the dog...) by the animal control guys and only later he was able to retrieve (the dog...) and will take him (the dog...) to the best surgeon for extracting memory sticks from dogs
...maybe in a month he will recover (the dog..) and maybe that memory stick too
