What i'm affraid of, is that, there is a guy on the discord who is legit working more than Lazy Bones, he posted a few reworked art about martha which looks good, like it could be done by the lazy skeleton himself and i fear he's gonna rip off those arts and pretend he worked.

Personally not agreed with this. I mean if the game is already dead just let it die for once and create something new. A zombie is not gonna work

It has a pretty good size of content so far, i would dare say it has the same amount or more then BTTM, its not the same has urban demons but it gives that vibe i even recall someone doing a fan-art crossover of Demon deals with Urban demon where mc's with their teacher.
