Go to the OP (for the ultra noobs that means the #1 page and can easily be reached by clicking the link for page one at the top and bottom of each page) then find and click on the Patreon link, on the Patreon page you will see the "Bone-O-Meter" which indicates progress on the next version.

STOP ASKING.

Once the game does drop, actually try playing it and use your own brain power to figure out what to do, it will take a few days for someone to update an actual guide (the one maintained by Golem98 also linked on the OP) it is a game, it is meant to be played, if all you want is porn, the internet is full of it.

Given the fact that the game already has bestiality, I fail to see why one should draw the line with NTR. Regardless, such content would probably be years in the future and could just be given its own "switch this feature on if you want it".
