Doubtful it's gonna ever come. Seems like RPGMaker games are not portable to Android (or at least not so easily) and the good Doc has had no interest on a port. Unless someone comes up with a fan-port (if possible at all), I wouldn't count on it.
You can't play RPGM games on Android, atleast the majority of them are not feasible.

The particular flavor RPGmaker VX ACE doesn't work on android well if at all, and as the game file itself is encrypted, it is doubtful that it will ever get ported, simply check the OP to see if it happens.
Read over the change logs for EVERY Version, think of them as a road map to available scenes in each version, make sure you didn't miss anything. Worst case, download the 2 save files from the Guide (one for each available state system path) and rename them to either unused save slots or if you have none free, overwrite your oldest saves with them, then try again. Another thing you could do is copy your entire game directory to a new directory, delete your saves from the new directory and only put the Guide save files in there, then try.
A lot of people use their phones for a lot of stuff and a lot of them prefer gaming on their devices. I know, it's not practical for certain games but eh... to each their own.why would you want to play it on Android wouldn't you get a better experience on pc
I think its more that the good doctor made a shota-esque game that has some preety hardcore fans of said niche and than he announces another project which is something else entirely, personally i really like both.
