Yo. Used to be a patron for this game. Great piece of art. But no more, no more milking me for nothing. There arent updates for this or the new game for so long, when asked about release date theres no answer and defending uself with silly reasons only. Well, in other hand Im a little jealous. Having so much $$ for nothing but drama on forums. Cheers gl for you and to others - wake up.

go to the bedroom sleep and u will get a option wake up or sleep, pick wake up and go to the chair or desk and u will go to a room that u can revisit the scenes.

I really like this game, but damn, dr. bones really need to get his procrastination under control and start prioritizing his time better, he should also drop the excuses as that helps fuel the behavior. (and i'm fairly certain that the true problem is simply just procrastination derived from bad habits, which isn't a very rare thing to happen).
Like i get having somewhat slow progress would be fine, if the game was a very complex game to program and you had to spend copious amounts of time on the programming part, as well as the art. But that really isn't the case and i know that to be a fact, as i have good experience with rpg maker.

Like, i'm at uni right now, studying most days while working 2 jobs in my spare time, and i still find time to practice guitar, go to the gym, hang out with friends every once in a while as well as play some porn games.

Most people in my class have way less on their plate, and yet they always complain about having too little free time to do their cases and reports. (because they waste so much time on watching movies, shows and playing games, BEFORE finishing their homework first. It's all about prioritizing your time really).
So i'm pretty sure this is some of the same, as have been seen so often in the past with other developers slowing down rapidly.

Doc don't be pay for this game anymore, he can just stop to do this and focus on BT:SG(the oficial patreon game), but no, he still working, 6 or 8 months, doesn't make diference.
i'm pretty sure that you and me are not pay for this game. Even if, doc just did have said that's ok to stop donate.
i understand you too, that game is AWESOME. but it's not on we owns hands.

Lol. Sure he do. Needing to stop advertising the main game on Patreon didn't hurt his bottom line much at all. Patreon is still up and making money. Yes, from this game. Or did you think that hundreds of people were subbed because of this "new game?" And now you can add the people he suckered onto SubscribeStar to that number.

He lied, cried, and blew things out of proportion to make excuses for himself. To excuse his lack of work for the better part of a year. Then he threw up a tiny basic demo real quick. It looks like plenty of us were there and we remember what happened.

The people that create your entertainment, be it video games, movies, music, or just fap material, they aren't living gods beyond all reproach. You're allowed to enjoy the game and still view things realistically.

ok i just looked on his patreon page the manor is nowhere to be found now ill say this again coz its worth mentioning the doc is updating alot of the old scenes like the intro boob jiggles and etc if the dev released small updates ya'd complain if the dav takes his time to release an update with a shit ton of content ya'd still complain damned if you do damned if you don't just have a little patience take that had a song about it go listen to it but seriously guys.......

Wrong, subscribestar works again and as stated by the other dude, most of his patreons are likely still supporting due to the manor.

I don't get how you can only be "pretty sure" that you don't pay for it, instead of just "sure" that you don't.
And i have been a patreon of his before and i was one for a long time (but nice attack i suppose, trying to invalidate my opinion by accusing me of being a freeloader), but i have indeed stopped being one now and chosen to spend my bucks on other creators.
The money is not what annoys me though, as i see patreon as a tip jar, which is what it was always meant to be.

What does annoy me is all the white knighting that i see, and all the excuses.
I would feel a lot better waiting on it, if there was more openness and honesty on the progress, like he has changed the release date and changed his stories numerous times in the past and it always comes with some excuse.

Also, people constantly throwing the "but patreon was a meanie pants and did a naughty on the good doctor" out, makes no sense to me.
As he had stated several times before the patreon thing happened, that he already had a plan for it when the soft ban would inevitably come.
But when it did come, he suddenly didn't have one.

And of course he can take all the time he wants, he is free to do that, it's not like i'll go to Uruguay and take his index bones from him as punishment for not being transparent enough.
I'm just writing my annoyances, which you can take however you want, be it in a negative or positive way.

And lastly, "a little patience" really? really? "a little", i think you should say a lot of patience. unless ½ a year is a little patience to you.

When trying to defend someone, you could at least do a decent job. Instead of... whatever that was. An unintelligible rant mostly.

1. Now I'll say this again, people are still subbed to patreon because of The Manor. It's a very simple concept.
2. Needing to touch up old scenes because they were sub-par isn't all that commendable.
3. No, nobody would complain about updates with "a shit ton of content." We're discussing reality, not your hypotheticals.

On the topic of updates, we can talk about them if you want. The only 2 updates last year were 1, adding something very minor to already existing scenes. Not even really worth mentioning. And 2, a handful of stills with the ladies wearing holiday costumes. Something that could be drawn up in a matter of days. Also a tiny update barely worth mentioning. Yet it took so many months. Earlier in the year the good Doc said "Most of the work is done, nearly finished, the update will be out in 1-2 weeks tops guys I promise." But then in came big bad patreon. Which again, didn't really affect much of anything. And suddenly it was "Omg everyone the update is far from finished and I can't work so it's all patreon's fault and goodbye see you in many months."

A little honesty would've gone a long way. Like this, "Hey guys, the update has been delayed and I'm just really getting burnt out, dealing with irl troubles, and not working like I should. My apologies and please have patience."
Much better right? Most people wouldn't have complained. But instead he deflected and blamed something else and made excuses. For a long time. Another thing people do during such delays is temporarily pause patreon and stop taking money for doing nothing. A little message saying "Don't feel obligated to sub for the next little while" which you know only a small handful of people will see or care about, no that really doesn't count. Honestly going over all this again, it seems like more than simple dishonesty and procrastination. Seems damn near shady.

yes im unintelligible but if my memory serves me right last year alot of his time was spent on survivors guilt 3-4 months i think making the game doing the art etc making a game from scratch then the holiday update had a substantial amount of content to it about the patreon and SubscribleStar now if you can link or show me how hes riping people off ill have a look at it but i just did a simple google search on his patreon page and i couldn't find the manor on there

Mate why u whinning, u saying this game only got 2 updates last year yes its true but alot happen if u didnt even read of stay up with the problems, Doc had to make a new game from scratch to keep his patreon so more than normal Manor stayed a bit onhold, The new game took awhile to be made cause Doc didnt just make that small 1st version he did all the base game already so that he doesnt require to spend more time doing maps etc and keep is focus on the art and making the game events, Doc never had a good managment on how much time he requires to make stuff if u being around for awhile u would know that, u saying that the content art can be made in matter of days, can u do it? and beside there is still the event to make and sometimes not on this latest on the other one he has to rework the art so that the animation runs, delays might happen but they are not that big like ICSTOR that delayed his update more then 5 times and still released an incomplete update and people had to wait 1.5 moths for the animation and in the end the update was junk shit, If u wanna give up ur patreon mate its up to u to choose what is best for u, but whinning without even seeing both side its a bit stupid.
