As much as I want to ride the hype train with that news Doc, I'll hold back in the meantime.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a sequel to this but I would like to finish this first part of the story first than to immediately play the second.

After you get two tj's in the basement, check her room in the mornings when mc wakes up. If she's not doing yoga then she's in the basement. You need to have opted in for the B content at the start of the game though.
she gave just 1 tj to mc in my play and i unlocked the scene with the dog. it's all about guilt points.
