Holy shit, still nothing? I left this thread alone for a few weeks in hopes that Oseo would actually fucking do some work but still no update. This is hands down, the worst dev ever.
I mean, how can you be so awful at update dates and give such shitty updates that you make even the likes of Icstor look like a saint? I'm honestly impressed.
This is just pure laziness and a refusal to work. This guy doesn't even add new scenes, he just reworks (actually downgrades) old scenes that were fine as they were, even though no one asked for it. Everyone just wants new scenes but that seems to terrify him like sunlight to a vampire or something. So he just makes updates 90% reworks to fill the changelogs.
Mark my words, this game will have the 'Abandoned' tag in the next 3 months. It is the beginning of the end thanks to an incompetent dev and his ball-gargling discord.
3 years without any serious new content but rework, each update the rework ratio are more and more while new content are minority and not just that but old save always incompatible each update too, what is the point of playing the game when you can't continue what was left....Oh wait, he done so to hide the fact every new event are barely 10 minutes and fools got tricked all the time.
And the fact so many still blindly giving him money despite how horrible he has became based on the monthly income on both his patreon and subcriblestar, no wonder why he didn't try anymore. "What is the point? I can just edit a little bit and call it an update and sheeps would still praised and supporting me anyway, I don't need to work like how I used to ever again" no doubt that would be his thought for the past 3 years now and will continue to think so if his income just steadily increase.
I just want to throw my two pennies in here:
I supported him way back and the first 2 years as a high tier patreon were good. There was a promising vision of a cool game with a good story, interesting Artwork and all the looks of it. But after countless reworks, revamps, excuses and a development time for one update, which isn´t even 10 minutes of new content i gave up on him.
Oh and for everyone who said he is a "poor" guy.... The amount of money he gets for nothing but delays and not finishing anything in time is more than most average people which work 40hrs a week earn. Just saying. You can hate me for my opinion but if anyone in my company would work like him, the person would get fired before he/she could say "but why?".
In the last 3 Years the "new" content was less than 30 minutes if you look closely. Not worth any money.
A little more than 6k USD/month might not be that much of a money for a first world country but yes that amount of money without doing anything really are a lot, hell some of hard worked peoples I know barely earned more than 500usd/month in SEA and not just that but he live in Uruguay so that money will guaranty he won't struggle in daily life. Such a shame really, I know his game when it was barely reached 1 year old and I agree Bones back in his old day are more passionate and work hard on his game. Dude love his project a lot during that time but now not anymore when money are so easily earn without the need to improve or be creative, he lost his way and passion
Can't tolerate with his toxic behavior and scam practices anymore, to think Bones acted like he was a victim when done all the wrong things make him very shameless and a horrible person. The fact the C part still didn't come out yet could either because he only start working on it at snail pace again or he got humiliated so badly this is his way of revenge, drag out as long as possible and make his supporters paid for it
