The Kinks DLC has a creampie mode. Go to a place called Cream of the Crop either in Missionary Beach or Downtown to turn it on.

In the major maps there a series of icons that are a spade with a domino mask. Those are the cheats and you activate them by walking over one (which will tell you what the cheat is) and press enter to activate it. Keep in mind that the cheats are not reversible. Once activated they stay active on the save and you cannot turn them off.

DL'd this version. How to you make a Futa? And how to you access the girl personalisation menu? I only found a "basic" one that just let me "morph" in a bigger / smaller size?

you cant the only way is to enter a sex store, pick the girls you want to have Futa sex with, then go into sex with two girls Your main character isn't part of the sex, at this point.

In the Downtown area there is a place called "Bone U. Medical Center" Go in, then go to the 2nd floor. There will be an icon to turn on pregnant women appearing.
