What do you have to do to start episode 3? I think the quest page is giving me a hint about noises inside some building, but I THINK I've been everywhere I can go and clicked every option I can both times of day.

Night time, City hall, Knock the door. The quest hint will be shown even before the quest triggers. You may have to do some other other things to trigger the quests.

what about episode 6. I tried allactions, but nothing starts. Can it be problem caused old saves?

Double penetration is not there yet. And in virgin there won't be any blood/showing hymen.
Everything else are available there.

The save you load was not a proper one. Start the game from beginning, else you can find the shared save in this thread.
