I don't quite understand the different NTR stuff. So I tell you what's in the game and you judge yourself
Korra is main girl trained and disciplined by you. You have to send her to brothel/prostitution at least once.
Asami is secondary girl gets trained by you and someone other character. You can avoid Asami banged by other.
There are other characters who are canonically Girlfriend or wife to someone from the show. You will have to bang them to progress the story. Their SO may not know what you do to their girl/woman.
This is an old-school trainer game with strong contents. So decide yourself and choose which makes you happy :)
The one where you have your love interest sleep with other guys, is usually the one that people tend to frown on...

But for Guru, none of the girls are love interest. He is a trainer and does his job

Wow! There are three types of NTR.
So based on the definitions from this image and by the concept of game story, Book 5 UNTOLD is not any type of NTR.
Guru (MC) is a guy who hangs around the city then flirt & bang a lot of ladies and push few of them into prostitution.
Yeah, but again, it is a matter of perspective, and the other two types are generally only called NTR in Japan, at least outside of these discussions. The others are usually called cheating or sharing respectively, when we are talking about tags.

As for this game, we are talking about how the PLAYER feels about it, not just the MC. If it makes the player/reader feel jealous, then it still NTR. You cannot define your way out of how someone 'feels' about something.

No matter how you try to define it, if the women in the game do any sex acts with anyone other than the MC, you are going to get people who define that as NTR, because it makes them feel jealous. Telling them that they are wrong because of some technicality, doesn't make anyone feel better. It makes them more offended, starts arguments, and drives those people away. And if we are talking about the definition, it includes the audience, not just the people in the story, people forget that part of it a lot of the time when discussing this. It can be either, or, or both. Some of these players don't even like the women in their harem kissing each other, which is as benign as it gets.

Having your girl go sleep with someone else, is the definition is cuckolding, especially, if you get off on it, which is why your game gets the NTR tag. Whether he has feelings or not, he had his girl, sleep with other men, which is there to either turn on, or make the audience jealous.

Oh well, not sure how I got sucked into this, but hope that helped some. Good luck! I hope this, and your new game do well.

Side note, you might want to add the new game to the OP here, and maybe update the non-working links, like Nopy. You can petition to either ask the OP to do it, or ask for control of the OP, so you can do it yourself. Take care! ;)

I agree it is a matter of perspective. I agree about the player's feelings with the main love interest. What I don't understand is, Why they think Korra as love interest in Book 5? In the beginning of game, she shows her big attitude problem and yells at Tenzin and Guru. She is a toxic person. As for me, I hate her to the core for everything she done in the series. LOK destroyed everything I loved in ATLA. That's why Book 5 made as a Trainer game, not a dating sim. I never said she is love interest.
I don't judge people for liking/loving Korra. It's their choice and preference. They don't like seeing Korra with others, I totally understand and recommend them to play a Korra dating game instead of this. This game might hurt their feelings.
Some of these players don't even like the women in their harem kissing each other, which is as benign as it gets.
I cannot make a vanilla harem, man. Not my thing.
The main reason I didn't bother with NTR tag is Tenzin and Pema. I knew eventually I show Tenzin cheating on Pema and Pema will take revenge. So NTR tag is right. But for Korra or Asami, it's a not.
It's not about feelings, Girls in the game are not Guru's girl except Kuvira (optionally). He trained them and done his job well.
I showed the story of Guru's life in Republic city, and my job is done.

If some people come up and say the prostitutes in game should only sex with MC because it hurts their feelings, I can't do anything about it. If some people wants the game to have NTR tag because they got their feelings hurt, I can't do anything about it. If some people don't like this game and they want others to do the same, I can't do anything about it either. It's just pointless to talk about it anymore. I will just be myself and make variety of awesome games :D

Thanks for the talk, man :D I feel at ease :giggle:

I am not sure they will add my new game here, I will ask around :) Thanks and you take care too

This is a very typical 'tsundere' theme. They start off hating the MC, and it grows into love.
But she is a love interest, because the players want her. It is that simple. No matter how you rationalize it, if the player wants to bang her, she is a love interest.
I get your feelings, I do (I have rather mixed feelings about the whole thing myself), but it doesn't really matter what you say, the player wants who they want. Most of the time, that is every women in the game.

Hence the NTR tag, to ward off those players.

He is training them, they are his, at least for that time. ;) That is just how it is. Many figure that if he did the work, he should get the rewards. lol

It depends on the situation, but at least in my case, it's MC syndrome. I don't believe in jealousy, but as the MC/hero/villain, I want to be the one doing almost everything. If I want to watch someone else fucking, I will go watch porn. I am playing a game, so I want to be the one doing all the fun stuff. That's just me. lol

Nothing about 'cancel culture', people like what they like, and they get invested in their 'waifu'. lol

Your new game is here, I am pretty sure I saw it the other day in the new game feed, the Titans one.

...Yup, here it is.

You're the one who is making new definitions here. You can call the actual content of this game what you want - it seems that the real issue that you have is that it has content that makes you feel 'jealous'. That's fine; we're all here to have fun, and if it makes you uncomfortable, there it is. But this isn't an issue of terminology - it seems that you would be equally put off by consensual cuckoldry, cheating, adultery - the full spectrum mentioned in my post. You're not talking about all players, you're just talking about your own experience. The truth is, not ALL players want a wish-fulfillment harem power fantasy. We're all (presumably) adults here, and can enjoy whatever we want to enjoy, even if it's not enjoyable - and anyway, it's not like this is guro: a bit of prostitution and 'hotwife'-ery is really nothing.

But she is a love interest, because the players want her. It is that simple. No matter how you rationalize it, if the player wants to bang her, she is a love interest.

There are a lot of good eroge that you're missing out on if you refuse to see the appeal of girls getting banged by others. It's not like this genre is known for it's immersive sims - they're porn games, most of them are just glorified VN's. If it's just text + stills with the occasional animation, what exactly is preventing you from identifying with other characters outside of some bland-ass MC? What if (shocking, I know) the MC is a woman? Is something like GGGB still distateful if you as the player have the agency to cheat? All i'm saying is that there is more to eroticism, and videogames, then fucking anime harems.

Well, whatever, to each his own - just stick to playing Rance or something.

I am not making new definitions, I am going by how it is used here, with the tag system.
It is my experience here, 'here' being the key word.
It was asked why this has the NTR tag, and I was explaining that.

The bottom line is, I don't have time to play many games, and I am not going to waste my time on games that turn me off or gross me out.
Sorry, Muplur, not talking about your game here...

Just to interject here, after just finishing the game, and being put off royally by that ending... Feeling like all the attachment to the characters was for naught since

While there are both optional and forced netorase in the sense that the MC initiates it for the heroine and a 3rd party (effectively pimping), there are other NON optional NTR elements too.

So for people who self insert while playing, beware.

However, even with the disappointment I got, I applaud the author for a decent title considering it's their 1st game. The dialogue and artwork were on point. I can see potential in future titles provided some glaring issues are fixed going forwards:
  • Properly highlighting the presence of controversial content is basic etiquette. If someone asks if X is in the game, "look at the tags" should always be an accurate response. In this case, it felt backhanded to find it at the ending, and had I not known of the author's ignorance about what NTR meant, I would've honestly attributed it to malice. Still, an author is expected to know and if not, immediately research themes that get asked about their games, to avoid angry/disgruntled/frustrated reactions, and the less positive ratings that come with it.
  • Keeping the narrative coherent especially when it comes to the state of relationships in the story:
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
  • A good ending is the last thing that a player experiences and the most memorable part of a story. I dare say it makes almost half a story. Having one that ties up relationships is essential in a plot about... relationships. In this case, it felt more like a punishment to hours of play, and this is my biggest with this particular game.
Also, this game really needs an updated walkthrough, getting every interaction available for a playthrough is a mystery.

I totally agree with you, you should be the one to decide the content of YOUR ideas. There are a lot of devs out there that pander to most everybody. Tolkien didn't ask people what he should write about, as well as most any other author, writing stories. I am going to be starting to make stories, kinetic most likely, and I will not do the poll thing, like on patreon. I will create, and whoever likes it, that's fine with me. Not everyone likes the same types of stories, and most of the time, there is no opinion given, regardless. Anyway, good for you, and keep doin what you're doin. Right on.

Could someone please provide a gofile or pixeldrain mirror?
The first mirror is dead
The less said about mixdrop the better
Nopy went down a full two years ago (R.I.P)
And anonfiles is just hit or miss with speed and on top of that it refuses to load on my end.
