Dev has been active on their Patron, giving somewhat weekly devlogs with the last on being posted May 10th talking about updating the Crafting, Cooking & Item Compendium systems.
They could be active on the Discord but I like to keep my Lewd accounts separate from my non-lewd ones and making a new Discord Account to join one server is too much effort so I don't know what's going on in there.

I had trouble downloading via Firefox, so I copied the download link from Mediafire (of the actual button button) and pasted it into Edge. This bypassed accepting the cookie/tracking as well.
