Leaving that aside,it would be nice to know the planned tags and if the fetishes are avoidable(they don't happen according to player choice)skippable(they happen but the player doesn't see the scene)or forced by plot maybe?

The artwork looks good, but if you want people to take you seriously, you should work on your writing skills.
Such a description of the game will attract only a very narrow group of people.

After reading it, people should say "That sounds interesting" or "That sounds sexy".
The only thought that occurred to me after reading your description was "That sounds ridiculous".
That's not exactly a good first impression...
