Nooo godamn it please no. How the fuck do people like NTR, you want to see some man steal your girl?
Before I cross a line - I understand everyone has their own kinks and this a forum to hopefully find/discuss a game to your liking. However I do want to defend my preference to a game that's leaning towards a harem in it's first build rather a dev switching towards to a NTR focused game due to the overwhelming requests for it after the first version.
I wouldn't have raised any concern if the game started off with NTR, I would simply move on to look for a game to my liking. I just find it ridiculous how so many people are so worried about new games moving towards NTR focus after their first versions not containing any NTR in them just because NTR lovers seem to have such a drastic influence on devs. (At least it seems this way, apologies if I'm incorrect)
I personally really do not want to see NTR in this game - or at least have it as the focus of the game. A separate optional route would perfectly be fine with me, but I hope that we get enough updates with enough content on the non-NTR route simultaneously with the NTR updates if that does end up being a part of the game.
I genuinely hope the NTR fans do find more games to their liking, but do also let our games that start off without NTR remain so. This time the dev did ask if we wanted NTR in the game, but I have noticed in the past that some people randomly ask for NTR and hence felt it was worth ranting out.

You don't need to worry about the ntr tag. I didn’t try to make a game in style when. The husband gives his wife to other men and watches their sex. All the same, the main character is not married. But certain elements that in my opinion belong to ntr are quite possible at your choice in the game. This is sex with two girls with one of whom you have already had sex as well.

The tar archive itself appears to be undamaged but you can see the presence of special characters in the listing below when it goes through that directory. You may be able to go through whatever staging directory gets created by renpy before it gets archived to see how Winders shows it.

. I used it and recommended it for years in my day jobs for those places where I was forced into using Windows for development. You will get tar with the essential install so that you can verify what you generated by yourself.

To answer your question in a general 'Best Development Practice' sense;
If you are going to make an NTR focused game: Have at it, just make sure to let potential players know that you are making an NTR focused game. While I am totally cool with this, I will never play it, but my taste is not everyone's taste and you should make create what you want.
If you are NOT making an NTR focused game: Have at it, just make sure to let potential players know that you are making a game WITHOUT NTR and stick to that. DO NOT add NTR in the future, (unless that was always the plan, in which case the game should be tagged 'NTR' from the start).
If you are making a game that has NTR but is not NTR focused: Have at it, just make sure to let potential players know, clearly tag your game, and make NTR content AVOIDABLE (NOT skippable, these are NOT the same thing). Personally, for these 'mixed content' games I recommend a 'TURN NTR OFF' flag at the start that completely disables any of the NTR/near NTR content. This is so that potential players can enjoy the game without worry or the need for a Walkthrough.
Overall I would recommend that you just be clear with your definitions of what content you are including, if that content can be avoided, and what your future plans are. NTR, in particular, is a very divisive fetish and so will always be a split in your player base (hence the make what you like comments). That being said, most (if not all) of the true anger and frustration that people bring to these forums, is directed at 'late addition/removal of', 'player pressured addition/removal of', or a change in a game direction leading to the addition/removal of NTR. This is especially true if the addition/removal is beyond the player's choice to control. Be clear with your plans and direction from the start and you will avoid most (if not all) of the (non trolling) hate from either side.
The first rule that I always use/recommend to developers;
PLAYER CHOICE; Two words that any developer should underline three times and write on the middle of their story-board in large font, bold, permanent marker.
This is the end of my (hopefully) constructive views of game development in general.
My personal opinion as a game player; I do not play games with NTR content. I prefer games where the MC's dick is the only dick, but am fine with other NPC's having their own relationships going on (straight, gay/les, or whatever). As long as the story is well written I am fine with a lot of different content.
I have NEVER and will NEVER support (financially or otherwise) games that have UNAVOIDABLE: sharing, group sex (outside of members within a Harem), swinging, NTR, or games with multiple protagonists.

I really, REALLY hope you avoid NTR, but overall I liked this a lot, would like to see more stuff regarding BDSM, but so far it's quite good.

Like the comments above stated, i wouln't play a game that has NTR, it's not my taste nor is it the taste of a wide range of people. Still, if you want to include NTR then I really think you should be clear with it from the start, avoidable or not.

As I wrote earlier, you don't have to worry about anything. After reading the comments, I see that the ntr tag is misleading.
I do not plan ntr in a deep understanding of the word.
All that you now need to understand in the game is a lot of character. And they, like in life, have very different desires and needs.
Good behavior, dating works with one girl. On the other hand, you will not succeed and you will have to follow the dark path if you want to get sex from her.

That's why I commented what I commented before. Look at the tagging rules, and tag the game appropriately to not confuse people. NTR on this site has a very specific meaning(making the player jealous aka netorare), which if your game doesn't follow don't put in the tags. Seen far too many games put netori/sharing as NTR in the game tags.
And for easier time, edit the genre tab in your post to better reflect what is in right now and what is planned for the future.

I think what is throwing people off is that "if its a harem game" NTR doesnt really fit. I think you are going to have problems with both sides of the NTR battle no matter if it is avoidable because NTR as I said doesnt fit a harem game. The whole wife, husband and daughter thing meh not even wanting to know about it... wife wanting sex the husband not showing her enough so she comes to you..... fine but dont have sex scenes between husband and wife that are shown... the daughter from the sounds of it having interested in the father..... um no do not want to see it... the mc is the focus not the other dick in the picture thats more along the lines of most all harem games. Sharing a li with another girl? sure by choice only or if the mc is involved if he isnt then you need to make it so the mc agrees to sharing her with another girl.... the LI with another guy.... a no no in a harem game and will drive people from your game.
People playing these games do it for enjoyment and do not like surprises. I personally played a game and got immersed into the story of each girl and it started out just like a harem game then the dev threw up a choice wall making the player choose one girl.... Crap like that isnt cool... not after you get immersed into a game and get a surprise. My suggestion is stay away from ntr content and also to make a dev note explaining what if any ntr content there would be in the game.. as right now i see a war brewing and only vague comments that just make it more confusing. for every person you lose cause you take ntr out you will gain 10 because more people dislike ntr then like it on these forums.

First of all, your game looks great good luck, second personally I think the problem with the ntr is that the MC ends up as an idiot whose girl is stolen in a ridiculous way, and he remains untouched not a chest, without mentioning that games with "paths" (one with ntr and the other without) usually look bad due to the lack of content no ntr, if you allow me I give you some advice: if you plan to put ntr that is 100% avoidable, Not canon and avoid making "paths" (as in long live the princess or depraved awakening) so it will only be a scene and those of us who don't like it won't lose content. Of course, the above is just advice based on games that have played ntr and have done very well, but in the end the decision is yours, good luck.

I read about your developer notes and ambitions, it's your first project and i understand that all of this isn't easy on the perspective of a developer, that feeling for achieve a good story and make something that you and other people feel good to see. As i can see you're trying to do a more "mature" story with "all kind" of kinks, but these kinks doesn't match well and only will give you headache.
You're trying to mix 2 different group of people who doesn't get along, i agree with vt3fan4evr, if you aren't intending to do a story focused in these "dark" kinks, don't stick with it, try a different approach with other things focused, the result as you can see is what happen everytime, an infinite discussion about it and in the end, nor one neither the other will be satisfied.

Well this thread, as many other ones tbh, is the proof you're probably incorrect and that it's completely the other way around.
The gang is in full action to make the dev do whatever they want ahah.
If the dev really wants to follow people suggestions (and it's often a questionable idea to do that too much, even if I understand), as soon as he's got enough patrons he should just make polls to know what they really want, because often the "extreme" anti-ntr crusaders (those that don't want it at all, even when it's avoidable) are a vocal minority, always shouting rarely supporting. Recently MuseX the dev of Farmers Dream realized it after a poll, but I'm not saying it would always be the case, just that it's better to be safe.
That being said, he already said he was more thinking about netori and sharing, not that much ntr. Or maybe a bit. Idk anymore.
Now I see why there are not any pictures of the MC and why there are only pictures of the hot looking girls as I think many would of passed on this one by if they saw that they would be playing Lloyd from dumb and dumber. I also opened the script and changed the MC's name to scary Harry and changed the gorilla's name to Mr. Gorilla/Gorilla.
