It was all English for me, no problems.
But I don't use unren on my 'live' games. When I do have to use it, I have a separate 'unren' folder that I copy the games "game" folder into, then unren it, and it won't affect the base game as it's a separate copy. Depending on what you are trying to do you might be better using URM, as I generally have less issues with it then unrenninng my 'live' copy of the game.
As the most recent update just finished the prologue, it's not surprising there isn't a lot of 'fap' material. To me, it'd be weird if it just jumped in at full speed... she's being slowly corrupted at the speed I want it to proceed in my playthroughs. I personally love that I have the agency to decide how and where she falls for the corruption. Some days I like a slow burn, other days I pull out my 'she wants to bang everything' save. We've also only met about half the characters that are currently in the game's code.
The animations were an adjustment for me, but I don't mind them. It's bringing something new and different to the table than just basic lewd animations. Even though they are AI generated, to me they feel more "smooth" and natural for how a person would actually move. I'm giving it an honest chance to see how it goes before forming my opinion. Some of the animations break the 'Tab' skipping for me, which is a bit annoying for trying different paths/routes.

Of course it is subjective, but I do not understand the criticism regarding the animations. I do not care how they are generated as, to me, they provide almost a movie like quality. I was blown away especially in the first release. Granted, the transitions from the AI to stills were rough at times, but I expect that will be ironed out as it progresses. If this is the future of adult VNs, sign me up.
It's also avoiding the tropes I personally don't like. In particular things that fall under the unbelievably forced content, such as 1) the skeezy boss that 'forces' things on her on threat of losing her job; as if it's the only job in the city; and 2) her being stupid enough to get into horribly contrived blackmail situations and having to cooperate "or else". The player is mostly in control of what goes on in her world, and gets to pick and choose who she expresses interest in or thinks about. To me, it's a very unique and fresh take compared to most other corruption games.
The base story (moving to a new town for the husband's job) is pretty basic, but it's still early on and has a lot of potential. The boss actually respecting/liking MC for not lifting her skirt pleasantly caught me by surprise. And not every other character in the game is blatantly trying to get into her pants, with most of them behaving like actual people.
Definitely a great start to the game, in my opinion, and I hope it keeps up along the same development path it's going.

While i can appreciate that, unless the female character turns into a slut overnight and it's an immediate fuckfest, the opposite is something like A Wife and Mother, where after something like 8yr of development, the FMC is still pretty much stuck at 'handjobs'.

I can understand that. I hope games like AWAM are more of an outlier and you can get a sense of how development will go through early development. The first shower scene where she strips and jumps in with him followed by the grinding should be a indicator that things will develop a little more quickly than something like AWAM.
There are other games that have a good pace, and I agree, FMC's that just have a sudden turn towards sluts aren't as good either. It's a difficult line to balance while wanting to tease and entice your audience to stay interested, it's just something that I think could be done in a different way. Have the dreams/imaginations be more teasing. Maybe just before any penetration she's woken up, etc. Because, now, besides getting another penetration scene between FMC and Justin that is "real" I've already seen what it's going to look like and that build up of of getting there it isn't as good as it could have been because I've seen it in the dream previously. In my opinion anyway.
Still a good game overall.
I would agree with that, regarding the dreams/fantasies either getting right up to it and then snapping out of it, or at the very least, not being super explicit, keeping it vague.

Loving the art so far! Only partway in the game but I am certainly enjoying it. And normally I go for the open-relationship route over the cheating route (when possible) but Tyler is so completely and instantly dislikable that yeaaaa not seeing myself trying to see that path. >< And the more screens I get through with him, the more enthusiastically I am waiting for something terrible to happen to him. Don't get me wrong, he's well written, I've totally seen people like him. That's what makes him so easily dislikable

Dev, if you're going to make content avoidable why not make it completely avoidable? She could've declined the bar and just been dropped off at home then you skip the pointless conversations and dance that are never going to lead anywhere. Just a thought.
