Save your money on this one. Horribly tedious for three BE scenes, zero H scenes and extremely limited content. Nice art though. Reduced to best of three it would be worth a free demo. Future projects might be worthwhile.
100% Agree. Too much clicking for 3 scenes is hilarious. The artist is great though, so hopefully a better game in the future will come out.

Though the agme is available in Kemono if youawant to check it out

What did cave painters think when
AI ain't art, it's just image vomit that people are regurgitating a little "prettier". If and when it dies I dance on it's grave.
Devil's advocate: What did the idol sculptors think when we made cave paintings? What did the cave painters think when we moved to canvas and brushes? What did our canvas painters think when we went digital? AI is just another tool like the brush or the chisel. It can't do anything until you give it a prompt from your imagination which is a skill that very few people have beyond an elementary level.

Cave painters and sculptors are not only centuries apart, but probably didn't care what one did over the other. There is quite literally no skill with ai art beyond typing what you want and ironing out the kinks with a slightly differently phrased prompt. I'm a coder you know. I just type what kind of script I want in ChatGPT and look at me, I'm one of the program boys!

Despite the small truth behind this, all of the examples involve full requirement of commitment and an artist who with unique qualities spend thousands of hours to perfect. When talking about AI you essentially take away both and is left with an alien attempt at recreating what people have achieved. You are basically comparing tools where you are the one who creates the picture to telling an opinionless entity to create what they could translate from your request. I believe a tool is something you yourself use to complete a task, AI is more of an assistant who only follows orders and fills the gaps with whatever fits. Yes you could absolutely describe what you want into pixel-perfect detail, but the result will most surely become incomprehensible or as with most just a picture with the typical patterns.

From a producer side AI art is great as it will easily create a visual representation of an idea that you've had. It's when it comes the consumer side where it matters as the thing we look for is the beauty, detail and most importantly feeling, not just the thought(yes i think about this when looking at porn). Sorry this isn't a rant-page about AI but this comment seriously annoyed me.

Hate to see another thread descend into AI "debate", but I am curious if people prefer ai over very low quality hand drawings/equally low effort games made with Illusion posers. Personally I'd rather have image to image AI done on top of either of those, and have actually done that to some renpy games locally.

It really depends, i appreciate variety and if using both mixes that up im fine with it if the quality is decent.
I have seen boring AI art though and alot of it looks "the same".

There's also the "AI art gave us this game" argument. It should never replace actual artists, but i welcome it in cases where it helps us get more products from people who otherwise would not be able to make that, but who can make games.

Thanks for the perspectives you two. I agree with you both to varying extents. I completely agree that artists should be supported, and games with high quality hand-drawn art will always have a future. I pay some, including some who use renders, because I like their stories.

The main thing that I actually take an issue with in these conversations is how easy it is to make AI art and the idea of "computer guesswork". I've spent hundreds of hours tweaking and tuning my image generation technique and it's still not to a standard that I would publish anything. Most of the published AI art is low quality and low effort, but I can point to beetlebomb as an artist who uses AI and makes great results (thanks to his real experience as an artist). I often draw or re-draw images, use techniques to increase the level of control I have over the images, etc. It sounds like not many in this thread are interested, but if you are, DM me, I love to help. To get a generic image you can just type a generic prompt and do nothing else, but that's not the only way to use these tools. The coding example indicates that many here don't have much experience with AI - it will write you code, but it will very often require fixing. It's a useful tool for people who are willing to put in the effort. In coding it's obvious, but people are lazier with art (because it doesn't just crash if it's not technically perfect). If I ever do make a game with AI assets I can assure you it will be a real representation of effort (why that means something to others I don't understand, but that's fine) and my passion for huge, growing breasts (this i completely understand).

If I get flamed for this I understand. The conversation is ridiculously fraught, but I just can't help expressing my perspective sometimes. It seems like really obviously low effort art/renders get a free pass while using AI is an immediate hate-fest, and I think that's a little unfair unless the argument is about the legal ownership of the AI images (which is honestly not interesting to me). I have a bit of a background with traditional art and I would count myself (preemptively) as one of the ones who would not be creating at all to the level I am without these tools. I enjoy using them.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk. Ihope we can focus on the breasts and their expansion going forward.

It really comes down to execution imo.
If someone just randomly generates 90000000 images and picks the ones they like then it's just the same as all the honey select/koikatsu/real porn games that are out there, sure a game is a game, but there's limited expression behind it and it usually feels soulless.
Now if someone does a bunch of generation but edits different art together for continuity of character design and whatnot, then they've clearly at least put some work into it.
I'll admit though, the only type of AI art that i've actually thought was quite good is essentially what an artist like Rebis has done, where they've drawn full art, but then put it through AI to give it more detail than an artist can reasonably be expected to draw.
Though for that last one, they're definitely already good enough at drawing that they don't even need to rely on something like AI to make a game that people would enjoy.

Another day remembering that probably the best BE-RPG we ever got/were getting got put on hold for a Pregnancy RPG with no end in sight and feeling bitter about it

Preggo's Lacto Escape Expanded never should've been dropped, but it was seemingly doomed to be
me and the team still develop on the game? its just not that fast and its a hobby project.
