However, uploading a save means people who use it are stuck with whatever was done in that save. Since the new version seems to feature rather aggressive character validation, that even includes the player's character. (Seriously, you can't even edit the player character's gender anymore without the validation forcing a crash.) Anyway, on to the point of this post:

Unlocking the Gates Via Hex Editor

So for the purposes of this guide I'm using a hex editor named HxD, but most others should work fine as well. This guide assumes you've already created the save you want to open up. Just triple-click one of the numbers to select the whole thing, and then copy it.

Next up, you're going to want to open the save file in a hex editor. The save is located (on Windows) in AppData/Local/Radiant/Saved/SaveGames. AppData is typically a hidden folder, so the easiest way to navigate there is to type %appdata% into the address bar, hit enter, and then jump up one folder so you can move to Local rather than Roaming.

Once you have the save open, you will want to search for the text "GameFlags" (minus the quotes) in the save. In HxD, you can do this with ctrl+f, and it's likely most other hex editors will do the same. It should take you to a section that decodes as "GameFlags.....StructProperty..." and so on.

Once you find that section, you will want to select a section of the code that starts with (and includes) four of the five periods before GameFlags (which is a 0A 00 00 00 in the hex editor) and ends with the first period after whatever flag is at the end of the list. (You can find the end of the list by looking for the text WorldState, which is the next part of the save file. In a brand new, untouched save, the only flag is "Game.Flags.Fern.Phase1", so you would select everything up to (and including) the first period after Phase1)

Make sure you select it in the hexcode section rather than as decoded text! If you select the text, most hex editors (including HxD) will assume that what you're pasting in is text. In this case, you're pasting is hex-encoded, and so you have to select that instead. (Note that in the above picture, the block of numbers and letters on the left is a darker blue than the text on the right. That means the numbers and letters were selected, rather than the text)

Once you have that selected, and have copied the code above, paste-insert it in. (Specifically insert. You want to change the filesize rather than overwriting other parts of the save.) Once it's inserted, save the save and try to load it ingame. Assuming you did things properly, all gates will be unlocked. If you didn't, the game will crash and you should restore the backed-up save.

Next up, you're going to want to open the save file in a hex editor. The save is located (on Windows) in AppData/Local/Radiant/Saved/SaveGames. AppData is typically a hidden folder, so the easiest way to navigate there is to type %appdata% into the address bar, hit enter, and then jump up one folder so you can move to Local rather than Roaming.

Once you have the save open, you will want to search for the text "GameFlags" (minus the quotes) in the save. In HxD, you can do this with ctrl+f, and it's likely most other hex editors will do the same. It should take you to a section that decodes as "GameFlags.....StructProperty..." and so on.

Once you find that section, you will want to select a section of the code that starts with (and includes) four of the five periods before GameFlags (which is a 0A 00 00 00 in the hex editor) and ends with the first period after whatever flag is at the end of the list. (You can find the end of the list by looking for the text WorldState, which is the next part of the save file. In a brand new, untouched save, the only flag is "Game.Flags.Fern.Phase1", so you would select everything up to (and including) the first period after Phase1)

Make sure you select it in the hexcode section rather than as decoded text! If you select the text, most hex editors (including HxD) will assume that what you're pasting in is text. In this case, you're pasting is hex-encoded, and so you have to select that instead.

Once you have that selected, and have copied the code above, paste-insert it in. (Specifically insert. You want to change the filesize rather than overwriting other parts of the save.) Once it's inserted, save the save and try to load it ingame. Assuming you did things properly, all gates will be unlocked. If you didn't, the game will crash and you should restore the backed-up save.

As far as I know you can't get it except from inbreeding.

Fertile only makes impregnation chance in the Breeding Pen a bit higher. It doesn't have an effect on the spawn rate for wild nephelym.

The portals aren't active until you meet the snake lady in the Lewd Desert, which will be behind the last Cock Block Gate you open.

Sadly this means this update more or less undoes the hours upon hours of work I did fine tuning the presets to my tastes. Oh well. Guess I'll just pass till the systems implemented offer more customization. Most of the standard presets sit somewhere between "Meh" and "Fugly" to me.

It's been so long since i've played a porn game and especially this one. But pretty sure it was more fun than this... I'm running like 80% of the time and i'm lagging like hell when monsters spawn.

Also, i've done the quest for the orc chieftain but i can't access the other part, where the elves are. From the pleasure pastures, i can see that the gate is now open, but there is a wooden barricade and i can't jump above. Did I do something wrong? The quest for reparing the gate is somewhere else?
