You have to get to the Elves, Slimes, and Seraphim from the other end. You'll have to go through the fat-assed Lamia quest and, I think, the spider lady as well. BUT once you do, you can open that gate from that side and get to the orcs from the portal once it's active.

Derelict is working on an update that will optimize the game to some degree. After that he'll go back to breeding and stuff.
He said he might add new wild nephelym, but they will only be bipedal (two legs, like humans) because of how the sex animations work. He might introduce more blessed nephelym with unique body types though, like he introduced a centaur blessed nephelym.
My AppData/Roaming/Radiant folder no longer even exists. I was running 0.736 with something like another 1000 presets, now the folder isn't even there ... turns out its now AppData/Local/Radiant for whatever reason, perhaps copying them back to Roaming will get one off of all these default presets. Uh, nope.
If I can't get those presets in newer versions I will likely cease playing. Especially while they're all default-only.

It's always been Local for me.
Presets are not working in the newest non-public version. This is intended, because Derelict is going to redo how presets work and make it so there will be color mixing of parents to their offsring.

Some More suggestions:
1. Jiggle for cum inflation should have a separate slider than jiggle for preggo belly.
2. In-game map would be nice
3. Quick-access quest/request log button ?
4. More clothes.
5. More sex positions (duh).
6. Option to have captured creatures roam the farm. I want to see all my captured slaves loitering (and fucking each other) as I chill in the farm. (Maybe Have an option to limit the number of neph. that spawn in to help slower CPUs. )
7. Dingle-dangle physics for hard and soft PPs
8. Ability to get preggo'd from surprise/capture sex. (Maybe add an option in the menu to turn off for those who don't want this?)
9. Separate sound-slider for ambient noise/birdsong.
10. Another graphics slider to tune the bloom/brightness down.
11. More UI-tips / helps to display chance of pregnancy in breeding, chance to inherit traits, etc.
12. Redo the jump animation
13. Be able to edit my character after I am in the game.
The Good stuff:
A. Love the cum inflation. Maybe make it last a little big longer?
B. Good camera controls and animation speed control. Maybe match the speed of the audio sex loop to the speed of the animation?
C. Good inclusion of 'quick' breed.
D. Good, sexy audio for sex scenes.
E. Four days in-game time for gestation seems like a good number. Perhaps add an option for players to pick their own gestation times?
F. Awesome character creator.
G. Awesome run & walk animation

My computer freezes when i open the game... black screen. What can I do? Its a good gamer laptop, idk what the problem is.
The game isn't optimized yet. Give it a while. My game is a black screen for two minutes before it finishes loading.

If you are talking about "effects", wouldn't that also mean sex sounds, walking, UI-sounds, etc.?

Oh. It doesn't affect sex sounds, but it affects ambient environmental noise. I lower that slider so I can actually hear the sex sounds.

If you use the latest version here, which is not the public version but the patreon-only version, maybe that's the issue. IDK. The Discord isn't patreon-only (other than a couple of channels), but the non-public builds are patreon-only.
