Better traits appear with higher world level, which is increased by releasing nephelym directly from your barns (there's a button for it when viewing the list of nephs in each barn). You don't use favour (the stars) for this.

You can either do Kybele's quest in front of the dragon area (she wants a vulwarg with the meaty trait), or you can steal the orb from the slime in the sewers.

Apparently the required trait is based on the game setting.
If she requests a Futa it's the meaty trait, for a female or male Monster it's a different trait apparently
I always have futa off, and she asked me for a meaty female IIRC, so IDK.
well it takes time and money to create games buddy so ye everygame is support or perish unless they intentionally wanna lose money making a free game...
I'm starting to get the impression that people are just going to call ANY game that faces any trouble with development a scam without considering things like a dev team's size and what gave development actually entails. I'm agreeing with the outcry with things like Cloud Meadow, but all things considered this is still better than allot of other porn games TBH.

Not every game. There are plenty of games out there that aren't being monetized. The most recent in my mind is a Vampire Survivors clone called HoloCure. The lead dev there even refuses to take donations for the project as it would hinder his vision for the game. (Though I imagine it being a fan game, it also CAN'T be monetized without getting into hot water with the copyright holders)
Hell, even here on F95Zone we have games like Brothel King and Venus Club that are in the same situation.

I looked everywhere in Esoteric Glade and can't find any sort of shrine. There's one next door at Cove of Rapture, where you get Waterfall, but that's not officially in the Glade.
Same story for Amorous Hallows. Found Sloth, but not the Pawmaati shrine. Sensual Heavens is pretty small, and no shrine there, either. Nor anything in the Township.

Uh, if I was the one who said there's a shrine in every location, I apologize for that, because you're right, there isn't. I don't remember exactly how many positions there are—five or six?—but there are still only those five or six positions in the game, just spread out to a variety of locations, so indeed, there are locations which don't have shrines.

I wouldn't go as far as say the game is a scam, but I consider it fair to say that the game is currently in a stalement duo to the Devs haveing lost focus on what they intend to achieve, based on promisses of shorttime profit.
The game was meant to be a modern application of the Breeder games of the past (like the Scam project breeding season and the evidence that it was such had been given).
It started with promise, but at some point the Devs seemed to have moved away of the breeding aspect to their current approach.
People that got interested in the project by the original design are feeling that mechanics have only worsened and the game seems to head into a totally different direction now.
The low probabilities for breeding and inheritance of stats and traits, combined with an unhealthy grindy Levelup system really makes this game feel like an unwanted kind of grinder.
While the breeding mechanics are still present they seem to have become a side note for this game/project rather than it's main focus/fetish.
Same thing with so many games: someone says to himself "Hey, games are fun and make money," and "Hey, crowdfunding like Patreon makes anything possible," and sets off to make a game, only to realize sooner or later that making a game is hard and takes a long time, especially for a single person, and then they start dragging their feet, and it just becomes a slog.
