Since Dere implemented the "cockblock gates" and the long ass quest chain to unlock them (it happened a few years ago), you can't use the teleports until you have reached one of the most remote locations, i.e. the Desert.

That the more closer i could made it for looks like havent panties (copy the same color code from your body skin and apply it at each part)

There are 2-3 ways to do, but one is with bad ending with the Mega Slime. Also if do wrongly order unlocking randomly you can get stuck & cant open more Gates, btw you can use the cheat for unlock all, but in case you wanna do yourself i added at my guide the best sort to do it at my opinion
Yes that's exactly what I did many years ago when I just discovered this game. On that day, before even starting to play, I spent a few hours creating various presets in the character editor. And when I found the clothing option, I changed the dress and underwear colors to make them the same as the skin color, because the default colors looked silly and annoying.
