Something similar, actually. You have the BOTN Tools tool, which is in an .exe file that helps you modify the values of the characters' traits and all that. You can also modify the hexadecimal value of the appearances, appearance (Fat), Muscular, Thin, as well as the value of the colors so that they have that now.
But what I meant was that sometimes, if you modify those values but at the same time modify your character (the one you use to play, aka the protagonist) to be thin, muscular, and have huge breasts. It will be reflected in the game until you go to the game editor, not the external program. But if you go to the default editor and want to modify it, your character may end up deformed with huge mammary glands. Their weight may be enormous, exceeding the game's "100."
And in the end, those values are not reflected in your character's modification. It simply looks like the original sprite without any modification.
